I have been eating at LA Bou since they opened. Today I went in for a baguette and dills sauce. When I got home I looked into the bag and it was a sliced up loaf of French bread, you know the big loaf. Baguettes are small harder crusted loaf. The baguettes were there, but not the ones in the prepared bags. So sad ?

Here is my two cents on the quantity quality and presentation of my delivery.. my delivery was done with care by Uber eats driver. He did a good job locating my apartment... I love apricots and they offered an apricot croissant. I took three bites into my croissant, and there was no apricots for five dollars. I consider this a rip off. .. especially when it cost me $4.50.... yes, it was fresh, but where the hell are the apricots? I also ordered a roast beef and cheese panelll sandwich for $15. The question is where is the beef? Where is the flavor? It was too small it barely fit it in the palm of my hand. .. for $15 I could've got three big Macs or four sandwiches from Arby's.. And now we come to the salads $10 each maybe salads are labor intensive I could've gotten a salad two times at Burger King or call Junior for the same size.. The only thing I really enjoyed was the 3 1/2 slices of the fresh bread that they gave me. What plain bread no butter nothing else If you enjoy throwing your money away, then this is the place to go. The food was fresh, but not much of it. ..

Always friendly. Verity of soups. Soups always good.

Just amazing location, that always does a great job! Great pastries, coffee, breakfast lunch sandwiches. Amazingly friendly staff and atmosphere, young man at the counter with dark hair took my order and I made mistake and he fixed my order with no problem. Great management!

So yummy. The best location I have tried so far. The service was fast and the ambiance was calm for a Sunday afternoon.

I had coffee and a raspberry scone (that kind of scone is rare). Both were good. Service was friendly. It was a bit confusing at their condiments bar to add creamer and sweetener but I eventually figured it out. I plan to go again.

So, I recently discovered that I live in a geographical Triangle of La Bou. (Right in the center, equidistant to *three* locations. We should totally list that on our a real estate posting should we ever want to sell someday! Major selling point!) The old lady chicken salad sandwich was one of my go-to protein fixes and cravings during my recent pregnancy. It's not too mayonnaisey, has the right fruit to chicken ratio, and is seasoned well. Get it on the walnut bread and ask for some hot sauce. Yas! Also, their dill sauce. Chef's kiss! I could drink gallons. Finally, their cranberry almond scones. So, so good!

I would give zero stars if I could. First off, call before you go to see if they have what you want. They run out of things like their hot croissants, cinnamon rolls, and Chocolate croissants within the first hour of opening on the weekend almost EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND. If you do call, it's a 50/50 shot if you're going to get friendly helpful service, or if you're going to get someone who obviously hates their life and their job and acts like it's your fault for calling to ask rather than waste 20 min driving there to find out they're out. If you get BEN, good luck. I'm not sure if he's high or hung over, or if that's really how he (barely) functions in life, but you'll get attitude, he will interrupt you and tell you how you should order days in advance for them to have breakfast items on hand for breakfast. Oh, and to be clear, I wanted TWO croissants. It's not like I'm ordering ridiculously large unheard of orders. If there was ANY other LaBou options other than this one in a 20 min radius, I'd just avoid them. Unfortunately my 90 year old grandma loves them. Of all of the LaBou locations that have closed in town over the last ten years, I have no clue how this shitty location has survived other than they're the only option. Here's lookin at you, Ben. When I talk to the manager/owner Lee later today, I'll be sure to mention how you and your stellar service this morning were the last straw prompting me to share this HONEST review venting a year of frustration with this location.

A wonderful restaurant in every sense of the word. It can receive its customers from early in the morning and serves breakfast and brunch. The atmosphere inside is suitable for all ages, especially for the elderly. On sunny days and in moderate weather, breakfast can be eaten in the restaurant’s outdoor space. I recommend visiting it once a month.

Came in here some time ago , one of their workers smelled so strongly and bad I had to leave and was extremely hesitant on coming back to this location for a very long time... Came in her perhaps last week got baguette with dill sauce and coffee . The baguette was cut terribly! The size of the slices wow I came home and tried to cut them in half beacuse they were sooooo thick!!!! Now the coffee.. labou has good coffee but bad baristas (this location at least is the worse i seen) , they are not trained on how to brew . The guy that made my coffee last time it was sad watching him make it and even worse tasting coffee after , couldn't taste the coffee , mainly milk and sweetener, I questioned if coffee was even in there, maybe he forgot the espresso. So today when I came in and specifically asked to get a person who knows how to make coffee the guy that did it last time , also the same guy I asked if my coffee can be made by someone who knows how... he immediately went to make it.. I stood and watched , the espresso was done and sitting before he even poured the milk.. When the espresso was making not sure if he didn't put in a proper amount but instead of dark espresso out came light brown and watery looking espresso... They do not , do not wash the milk cups out immediately , it's left sitting there, he rinsed the milk steaming cup one time at the sink and poured cold milk first into the coffee cup that I would drink from, then from the coffee cup poured the milk into the milk steaming cup .. meanwhile, the espresso is sitting there going bad ... syrup he put in last ... didn't stir ... The spoon he held the foam with was dirty and left in water .. gross... he then put on the lid and rubbed it with his fingers around where u drink from . I ended up tossing the coffee and will go buy elsewhere or skip coffee for today. It is unfortunate that labou has good coffee but untrained baristas.

Employees are rude and expressed they "just want to get out of there". Took 25 minutes to get a sliced baguette with dill dressing.
