Been hearing about this place from the local vegan group so we had to give it a try, got the vegan pastrami sandwich, and even though the wait wasn't bad at all, they gave us free cookies and said they were sorry because they were short a person! Also came out and offered us water while we were eating and there was just such a friendly atmosphere. The food was good, and I loved that there was a train table for kids to play at, and shelves with children's books. The music was cheerful instrumental and it didn't feel too noisy inside. It's sadly so rare to see an eating place that's truly geared toward including all members of the family, and I left feeling a little emotional about what a special thing they've got going here. Definitely check it out, we will be coming back.

I have never had a vegan sandwich as outrageously and deliciously satisfying as the one I had here! I have been craving a pastrami sandwich for years but don’t eat meat anymore and this vegan pastrami with Butcher’s Son meat was exquisite.There are currently not a lot of places I know serving Butcher’s Son vegan meats and this place does and it just rocked my world! I can’t wait to try the other sandwich meats they have in these super substantial hearty sandwiches.The vegan Dole whip was heavenly and dreamy and creamy with the oat milk in there. A total treat and my friend said she’s bringing her daughter back here immediately to get one too. I was surprised at how delicious it was!The owners are so kind and lovely and I love the toy shop theme they’ve carried in from their toy store next door. I love places with a little whimsy.I almost want to keep this place a secret so it doesn’t get too busy from their incredible vegan sandwiches alone! But I also can’t stop talking about how it’s my new favorite local sammich place!Vegetarian options: Tons of vegan optionsDietary restrictions: The vegan options are multitudinous!Kid-friendliness: It’s got a wonderful toy theme and toys for sale! And right next to a toy store! Can’t get much more kid friendly than that!

So glad we have this restaurant in the plaza now! My coworkers kept praising how good the food is here and I had to go for myself. Went during my lunch on Tuesday and was greeted by the owners who also own the toy store next door, Kidology. While they made my sandwich, I went to the toy store to buy a few things. After purchasing from Kidology, I walked back over to Nature's Goodness and my sandwich was ready. I was not expecting the sandwich to be so large but I am so glad it was! It was so freaking delicious that I'm craving to stop by again today! I love how everything here is very healthy conscious food and the owners are so sweet and friendly. Will definitely be going here a few times a month for lunch and trying out the menu!!

Perfect setting. I’m a single mom with a toddler and I can’t find a place that welcomes a toddler to where I can enjoy a cup of coffee while I catch up on my emails as my son plays with their train set. It is a breath of fresh air. I spend hundreds of dollars a year on Starbucks coffee and cake pops. I will never do that again since natures goodness has opened.

What a delightful little place to stop and grab a yummy scoop of refreshing ice cream. My son and I stopped I today to grab a scoop and we're greeted by a lovely couple who own the place. I feel bad cause I didn't ask there name, but not to worry. We will definitely be back. The mango sherbet is absolutely amazing. Thanks again and we'll see ya soon. If it's not ice cream you want them grab a smoothie or a cup of coffee or tea. A few shopping items to boot....
