$40 for a chicken garlic alfredo.. so ridiculous overpriced and horrible service so rude and unpleasant and all those young employees just smoke cigarettes on there break right outside the restaurant like a big group of smokers and there friend the owner needs to address that makes the restaurant looks so ghetto we just go to mark and Monica's now way better real pizza and cheaper and no smoking outside restaurant and friendly staff not like round table.

Wanted to try the specialty pizza advertised on their window. Great price, really good customer service, not a good choice for the pizza. Not giving up on them, will try something different next time.

Ordered online, their system was down because of the storm so they didn’t get my order. They said they would refund my money, left my info, they didn’t. Went back a week later, was told they’d refund me in 5 days, didn’t happen. Went back again was told the manager, who wasn’t there, had to review it to get a refund. Why when I was told 2 weeks ago I would be refunded?

Once again it wasn't for their policy to show ID when picking up a pizza. Even though that is absolutely ridiculous. Whatever problem you had with security I'm sure caused you a lot less trouble than this absurd policy. BUT It was the rude manager that wouldn't make a new pizza after the ID holder was going to go pick it up herself and it wouldn't have been fresh anymore by the time she drove cities away to get it . You would rather return the funds than make it right. And that's very very poor customer service. If you're going to implement these policies you need to make them KNOWN when placing an order. Not during pick up. You will continue to lose a bunch of customers. Word of mouth travels fast.

I didn't care much for this place. They are very unorganized , and very expensive. Also I have the app and they have a poster in there store saying get free bread sticks with app. And they would not honor there own poster advertisement. So I would choose another round table next time .

I usually eat at round table so was so disappointed by this experience. Placed an online order for pick up and the time for pick was 5:15pm it was not ready until 5:50pm. The pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust we ordered not only had no stuff crust, but no sauce! The pizza was basically just cheese and bread with a few burnt pieces of pepperoni on it. It was so strange. We ordered cookies and they were so stale we couldn't eat them. We woke up the next day both feeling sick, I am convinced that was a pizza that was sitting there for hours.

Pizza sat in window for 10 min. ready for dine-in when I asked if it was my pizza. They said yes, which was supposed to be take-out. Wasn't ordering COLD pizza? Will never go back to that location!!!!

This place used to be great. We came here all the time after our kids' sporting events. But now, after the pandemic, it's never clean, the pizza is just ok and customer service is sub par. Typically, they have just one person at the counter and if there are two employees at the counter only one is helping people. In addition, if you order "to-go" with a debit/credit card, you have to show them the ID and card that it was ordered and already paid for with. So, now you can't order and send your spouse or child to pick up the order unless they take your stuff with them. Even higher end restaurants don't do that. It's sad because I love RT Pizza but this location has just slipped tremendously.
