Ordered food on Doordarshan, revieved burnt stale bread, called ahead before reordering to ask if I reordered the same thing if I could get better quality bread, and was told to call a different Subway. Terrible customer service, wont be returning. Or reordering. And for some reason I can't add pictures to show how badly burnt the bread is.

this place is disgusting , they make the tuna with their bare fingers. the indian older lady touches all the food with her hands, the turkey, the lettuce , the onions. the manager doesn’t allow to wash dishes in clean water. they do not wash their hands. i know all of this because i just quit here considering how unbelievably nasty these people are. they will argue with you about health code and give rotten avocado. i would suggest if you go to any subway in the area go to the one off of walnut and fair oaks. they give most hours to people who do the least work. overall this place is horrible i do not suggest you go there

Absolutely disgusting experience here. Came here with my father excited to get a special sandwich promo BOGO. For them to lie to us about our order only being received 2 minutes ago when the printed time in the receipt was 25 minutes ago, then they intentionally mess up our order and refuse to fix it for us. Ordered a turkey sub, I got TWO slices of turkey on my sandwich. I even paid extra for avocado and bacon, which they also left off, and refused to refund us or fix it for us. I really wish there was a way to get in contact with management or corporate. Never coming back here again, I’d advise you do the same.

Most of the 1 star reviews of this location are complete trash and lies. I've been to this location for years and not a single time have I had a bad experience. People just don't know how to order a sandwich and clearly lack the knowledge of ingredients. Anyway, this location serves good food. If driving by, stop by this Subway and grab a sandwich.

We ordered on the app for the buy one get one free deal. Went to pick up, the employees were beyond rude and seemed stoned. When we asked them when our food wouldBe ready, they started laughing and didn’t give us a straight answer. We finally got our food after 20+ mins of waiting, We drove home, sat down to eat, and all of our sandwiches had ONE piece of lunch meat on them, no sauce, not toasted like we asked, none of them had the bacon we payed extra for, none of them had the avocado we payed extra for, and none of the veggies were the ones we asked for. We ended up getting lunch meat out of our fridge to make up for the lack of it. If I wanted to make my own sandwich I wouldn’t have came to subway.. When we called to see if we could correct it, they just laughed and said no. We asked for a manager and she told us “she can’t do that ” we asked for a name for the manager and she said “I can’t give you that”, so then we asked if we could at-least come back and get the sandwiches fixed since we payed for them, and she told us no, she can’t do that. Overall it was an unpleasant experience and would HIGHLY recommend you skip this location.

Lettuce is always a red color and never looks fresh. Cheese always tastes weird like it's old.Tables are always dirty and not wiped off There is always pools of water on the ground in front of the entrance with no wet sign out. Floor is always dirty also Older guy I think is the owner is really rude for no reason Would recommend going to the one on cypress insteadAlso they ring the same sandwich up at different prices all the time despite being the same sandwich

Very disappointed with this location. The guy who made our food didn't toast our sandwich right, meat was still cold on both of our sandwiches. He also didn't fully cut our bread, we had to cut it ourselves. He was also very slow and took his time with everything I felt he was just overwhelmed or tired. Overall, our meat was still cold to eat since I wanted it toasted instead of just a two-second thing. Sorry, we're not coming back to this location. The tip wasn't worth giving. Customer service at every other location should be the same. This place still needs training.

Just went to subway. Had my mouth already watering for one of those new chicken subs only to be told by the young worker that they don't take the new coupons that came out. I guess they would rather lose all future customers they've told NO COUPONS. I wonder what Corporate would say?

Just went there and the young girl at the front with brown hair didn’t say anything to greet us and we told her that we had a coupon from the beginning. Without saying a word she waited until our food was made and at the end told us we couldn’t use the coupon. Horrible experience, ended up paying full price. She had an attitude the whole time and made it very obvious that we inconvenienced her day by being there even though we were the only ones there. We’d recommend hiring new people, never coming back ??

Clipped my coupon and headed for Subway. Waited in line for 10 minutes while the pickiest person in the world ordered "a little of those . . . no, that's too much . . . hey, I didn't say jalapeños . . . more mayo," etc. etc. When it was my turn I presented my coupon, one to be told that this branch did not accept them. Wouldn't it be a kindness to put a sign in the window saying "Sorry, we do not accept coupons!"?

Refused to make 6 foot long subs because I did not call 24 hrs before I tried calling but no answer they do not answer phone there was absolutely no one in the store they were in the back chatting when they came out they were rude. Unless you want to have a terrible day don’t go in
