on vacation in Carp last weekend, and craving good pizza around 9pm. Called brewLAB, and a guy answers, tells me he's not at the restaurant, so not sure if they're still serving pizza. I'm bummed, and expect him to hang up. Instead, he says: "let me give them a call and see what's up. I'll call you back." He's so nice and helpful, but I honestly wasn't expecting to hear back. But he called within minutes! It was a master class in running a great business. And we had great pizza and amazing beer! Thank you brewLAB!

Very interesting craft brews and friendly staff/owners. Nice atmosphere. Grab some empanadas next door and enjoy. Or take some beer to go. Or both! New bike path going it will make it very easy to get here from town too.

Amazing brewery in charming carp with fantastic empanadas from Ché next door in Rori factory! Maybe best overall beer spot in 805 thanks to empanadas, vibe and nice locals everywhere. Carp is a gem that you can't help but enjoy. Service and beers were phenomenal here, order a flight and go next door on weekends to rori and get some of best empanadas in USA with delicious chimichuri. Ché is super friendly as was brewlab staff. They change beer specials weekly. Ché is there from 4-8pm fridays and Saturday noon to 8pm. You can also order frozen online from his web store. Roquefort empanadas bonkers!!! Apiary next door also has best ciders in 805 for apple lovers lol... Awesome spot!!!

One of the most consistent, diverse breweries I've been to (across the world). The *vast* majority are fantastic, across styles and types of beers, with lots of creative ingredients. Well worth a visit.
I love this place! Nice range of beers, flights, and they have a food truck right outside that is DELICIOUS BTW but I will save that for their review haha We got a flight. I loved the triple Belgian (only $7!!) taste a lot like delirium's. The hefenweizer was really good to. We got the flight to share and those were my two favorites. Friendly and informed staff to help with deciding beer for the flights Also i liked that they have a section on the patio where if one person wants a beer from Apiary (next door) you can sit across from each other! Turned out great for us, my husband liked their beer and I liked the brew lab so we both were able to get the beer we wanted and didn't have to choose which place. Can't wait to come back!
