The place is very comfortable to spend a delicious dinner, I loved the music and the attention of the waitresses, only if they need to recommend their specialties or drinks when someone is new to the place but from then on everything is perfect I recommend it 100%

I'd like to say that it was a great experience.I've had better experiences previous to Covid.Unfortunately, the food was sub-par. The grilled Ahi was a little too grilled for my taste. So was the creme bruleeThe service was slow. I think maybe because they were a little shorthanded.Bottom line. A little overpriced for what was offered. Maybe next time.

My wife and I arrived to see if we could get a table around 3:30 on this past Saturday afternoon just as a party of about 25 who, we were told, also arrived that afternoon without reservations. The small restaurant’s resources appeared to be somewhat depleted ~ even though I worked in the industry while going through college, I have never seen any establishment run completely out of silverware! Despite being ill-prepared to provide us the service that we were hoping to receive, the workers who greeted us, Christian, Jamie, and Gio all met us with a smile and demonstrated eagerness to provide friendly, professional service in as fast a manner as possible. There were occasions when we had to be patient such as when the silverware was being washed, but their efforts to rise above the circumstances was obvious and overpowered our frustration. The food was wonderful! The lobster bisque was rich, fantastically flavorful, and was actually served hot enough for my taste, which is a rarity. The salads were large and had a terrific variety of ingredients. I had the balsamic dressing while my wife had bleu cheese; they were equally delicious. The coup-de-gras, though, was the baked artichoke dip. That was the best.To sum it up, the food was extremely good, well worth the trip from Ojai. The food would not have been enough for us to enjoy our meal had it not been for the professional, friendly demeanor of those three wonderful teammates who made our experience memorable.

Lovely spot in downtown Carpinteria for drinks and great burgers plus happy hour specials. Even on a stormy night the bar was full! That's a test passed!

Simply delicious! We arrived during Happy Hour and enjoyed a lovely Rose and Hubby had an IPA. The araninis was delicious but the shrimp & polenta and the Tuna salad were to die for. Anisa, our waitress was so kind, attentive and friendly. If you are in Carp this is a must s

This has become one of our favorite date nite spots to eat. The food is amazing. You have to try the lobster mac and cheese. Great wine/ beer selection. Cool vibe. Very nice outdoor dining. Walking distance to the beach. Staff is very helpful and fun.

Staff isn't very personable or understanding. Menu is overpriced. Lack of overall decency. Do not recommend.

Food is excellent! Service could use help. Employees are too busy chatting with their own drama.

Wine selection is very limited. For a "wine bar." Had the "lobster Mac" - was there any lobster? No! Of course not. (I hate when advertising says one thing & delivers another.) $41.00 for Mac & cheese & 1 glass of "passable" wine - seriously?? When the server delivered my food, not a word - just put it on the bar - no utensils - WTH? At 1:00pm, there are few customers - maybe 6 tops. All seniors. Wine I had (cab from Paso Robles) had been opened for a while - kinda funky. Employees seem to & know every word of the overly loud rap-crap. Looking around at the demographics, when every customer is over 60 - why would we want to listen to rap-crap? (I certainly do not!) I think they're playing it to keep their employees entertained - when those employees should be serving their customers or sweeping the floor or doing something to contribute to the business besides rapping, joking, gossiping, laughing. I see NO WORK BEING DONE ... Frankly, these employees are here for a "good time" & carrying on their personal conversations - NOT WORKING. The floors are filthy as is the bar area. Would I recommend this place? NO.
