Really nice atmosphere inside and outside. Was able to make some dishes vegan I had the Primavera Rosa, no cream, subbed the fettuccine (has egg) for spaghetti, they said didn’t have egg. The dish was super saucy had a lot of vegetables delicious.Husband had the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was really creamy and flavorful .The owner came to chat with us and was nice. Said they’re going to later include on their menu what is clearly vegan or vegetarian. We’ll come back again to try another dish. Might try the vegan pizza next time. They had cocktails as well.Vegetarian options: Ask for options, likely has vegetarian options.Spaghetti doesn’t have egg

I reserved a table for my husband's birthday dinner. This is by far one of the most cozy, friendly, and delicious restaurants in the area. They are a bit off the beaten path, but absolutely worth it. I had the pasta primavera - amazing! My husband loves the spicy shrimp and mussels over linguini. The green soup special was superb. And the blueberry/puff pastry dessert just perfectly balanced.

Stopped by after a quick stop in Santa Barbara and we were incredibly glad we did. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of our food since we were watching the Chiefs and Ravens game, but the food was amazing all around. My mom and I shared the chicken piccata pasta, my boyfriend had the shrimp and leek, while my dad got the shrimp Alfredo. Food was well portioned and well worth the price. We also ended up getting dessert, I got the heavenly bites, my mom got their mango blueberry pie and my boyfriend got the crème brûlée. The heavenly bites were bite sized molten lava cakes, and as someone that doesn't particularly like molten lava cakes in general, these were good enough for me to finish. I wish we lived closer and if we're back up here, I'd definitely come back!

I really like Tharios. The owners are nice and welcoming. Our food was hot and delicious. I really liked the Pizza. Carp needs BETTER pizza, not more, just BETTER. They brought us bread and olives to snack on before our food came out. My only concern was the speed of service BUT I know they were busy and short staffed so, I accept. It was also a holiday so, not a big deal. Just wanted to note that. The owner came over and chit chatted with us for a minute at the end of our meal which I always appreciate. We've been seated inside and out before both are nice, especially when the weather is nice.

I have lived in Carpinteria for over 32 years and have never heard or seen this restaurant so I decided to try it and was I surprised! It was a wonderful experience! The food was delicious especially the appetizers which are a must order! The Bianco pizza was also delicious. We will definitely frequent this restaurant!
