This place is closed and the food was whatever when it was open. Front desk staff were nowhere to be found the one time I went there and took forever to get my food. There were flies in the restaurant and the food was bland. It’s a shame because the place had huge potential with suck a perfect

Love love love this place! Everything is delicious and carefully prepared. Being vegan there aren’t a lot of healthy options in this area. Vegan food tends to be junk food when people go out to eat. I can get a good wholesome healthy meal here. The atmosphere is great. The staff is excellent. We try to go a couple of times a month at least.

Great food. Seems healthy. We like sitting outside though it is probably nicer inside. Easy parking.

The food was delicious. Would go back for sandwiche.Kid-friendliness: Little play area on outside on a grassy spot. Nice for kids who want to move around while parent enjoys their meal.

Yikes. Wanted to like this place. Best part was the watermelon agua fresca. But the food was lacking. The tofu bowl had no flavor. Brussels sprouts were ok but so expensive ($15?!). Service was friendly so I'm giving it 2 stars.

Spaghetti noodles?? This is supposed to be an udon noodle bowl. Don't offer it unless you don't serve what is on the menu. The oyster mushroom sand was good but dry. Overall the udon noodle bowl was just so disappointing, especially for the price. I hope this restaurant does better as it took over my families favorite -- fosters freeze. :(

Tasty and fresh food although slightly small plates for the price. Nice cookies although not all are equal in taste.

Their bowls are amazing! The staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. Awesome market with something for everyone. They also have kombucha and probiotic sodas.

Farm fresh ingredients, gluten free options And an outside safe space for kids to play!! We love it! Fish tacos are gf and my daughter loves the fries and quality pizza. They even have an ice cream window left over from the old fosters freeze building. Local owners have done a great job!! Good wine selection ?Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

As I was at the avocado festival with the family we got hungry and saw that this place was pretty close by. We walked up the street and we came up on The Good Plow. As you walk in it's spacious with seating inside and a patio outside. There's a little market with some fresh produce, vegan, gf and organic products and some cute bags to choose from. You walk up front to order and they give you a buzzard to collect your food when it's ready. When we got in there it was pretty mellow as the lunch crowd didn't seem to hit yet but it take forever to get our food out to us. I got the Buddha bowl minus the mushrooms and I added an egg, then I got the hibiscus hard kombucha. My sis got a steak sandwich with the turmeric hard kombucha and my mom and niece got the classic burger. My niece got the cider but I can't remember what is was called and my mom got the lemonade. She said it was watered down so just tasted like lemon water. This place is a bit expensive esp with alcohol but it was healthy food and my insides were happy. I also tried a gf/v quinoa cookie that I wouldn't recommended as it was dry and tasteless. But my sis got the gf/v coconut macaroon and said it was worth it, as well as the chocolate chip cookie. Overall the food was good, as well as the alcohol. The market had some items I've been looking for so I got them before I left. Service was great minus the super long wait for our food. But I would def come back and try more options on the menu. They have a good selection of gf/v for anyone that has restrictions.

Funny thing, I loved everything about the place, just felt it was a bit pricey. Excellent fish tacos, service great, vibe wonderful. Just paying a bit too much for it. But heck, if money isn't the problem, then it is 5 stars. Plus we were at a beautiful beach 2 minutes away!

Picked this spot after a short stay in SB, on our way back to LA. So glad we did. Lunch was excellent! And exactly what I was looking for. Great menu, fresh ingredients served well. Friendly staff and a great little retail section. If you need a great lunch spot in the area, including alternatives to places in SB and Summerland, this is your spot. Support local every time.
