I went to Charleys for the first time, ordered a Old School Cheesesteak and asked for mushrooms and she charged me for them. I got my order walked back to work and low and behold no mushrooms. Also the steak was salty as hell, I'm not a big fan of a lot of salt. For those reason I give two stars.I won't return unless I'm forced to by some demonic being.
First off I want to say that the online experience was great and that this was also my first time eating these Cheesesteaks?. I’ve been to this mall and always wanted to try these out for quite a while but never had time too. I do Uber eats ?and I had to deliver food from this restaurant and I waited enough time to really see how the environment is and how the customer service is. Ordered before I saw the reviews online. We were a bit hesitant when the food was ready. The steak Philly was actually delicious and wasn't salty. The mozzarella sticks and ultimate cheese fries were bomb!
