If I could give them 0 stars, we would! We ordered lunch for our office (due to our busy day, we had it delivered through Uber Eats). Let me start by saying, that we have no complaints about the delivery. My 3 item combination plate included white and fried rice for my sides. When it arrived, I noticed that I received chow mein. We reached out to the restaurant by phone. A woman answered and was very dismissive to my issue. I told her I was looking at the receipt (which reflected my preference) and told her I received chow mein. She asked me, "what do you want me to do about it"? I told her I'd be happy to stop by and pick up my correct side item. She then says, "oh, no I can't do that, too bad for you". I asked to speak with her manager and she stated no manager was currently in. I then asked when her manager would be in, and she then told me, "my manager is never in"! I've been eating here for over 15 years and have communicated with both employees and the manager. We've never had an issue before, but today just was unacceptable. On top of all that, she says to me, "you don't want to upset me"! In all honesty, I told her, "no, you don't want to upset me"! She then hangs up the phone and no one has answered the phone since. I will be making a complaint to Uber Eats because this lack of customer service could lose them quality clientele. Needless to say, this made an already hectic work day even more difficult. On top of everything else, the pork ribs were tough and disgusting!

I pick up orders for delivery at this restaurant. I have done this about 10 times every time I get there. The people at the counter are very rude today I went in to pick up an order. They totally ignored me. I was at the pick up counter they gave someone else their order that they were waiting for and they proceeded to help the line of eight people by making their plates. I just wanted to pick up the order. They know me they see me there almost daily, she looked at me rolled her eyes and I walked out of the store and canceled. The order will never ever enter that store again I believe they are racist and very rude usually when I come in, they shove the order towards me without saying a word this is happened to me over and over again at this point just put a sign in the window and say Black people are not welcome.

Overcharged! I ordered combo A and small drink. Combo A is 8.99 and small drink is 1.75. That makes a total of 10.74. With sales tax that is a total of 11.84. I was charged 12.94!!! I guess they figured a senior would not notice. That is called a rip off. I did not complain but they get this review instead to warn others. They will overcharge if they think they can get away with it! Avoid this place!!!

Definitely will not come back. The food here was nasty. Very tasteless. Orange chicken was sticky, soggy, and did not taste like orange chicken. Flavor of the “orange” was sweet and watery.Barbecue pork was nasty of all, tasted like boiled barbecue pork in water, and all they did was poured sweet red sauce all over it. It did not taste like barbecue pork. Tasted like Boiled pork in sweet red water sauce.The ribs were very salty with no flavor but the salt taste.The shrimp chop Suey, they gave me three tiny quarter sized shrimps, the rest veggies, how can they consider those three tiny shrimps a side order? Very greedy.The only Food that tasted decent from here was the steamed g rice and chow mein. Definitely not worth my money. Another thing that got me really upset. I put in notes for them to put the Sriracha sauce in the containers from the original bottle and they gave me packets even after I literally put in my notes I do not want the packets Sriracha because There’s a different taste.But that’s not the point, point is the food here is nasty, the price is not worth it, and they can’t follow instructions/notes. Not even worth one star, I’m upset having to put at least that one star just to make this review.

Hands down the best authentic Chinese fast food place around period all the food here is really good and the service is great also simple easy and fast and they give you your money's worth they pile the food in there so much that the container barely closes so if your in the area make sure to check them out
