There was a very long hair in my bowl. It wasn’t just at the surface, it was in between the food, I had to pull the hair out with force. Absolutely disgusting. Will never return to this location again. Do better.

I came 8 minutes before closing, and they were the nicest people. They all had fun personalities, and did not make me feel bad about being there so close to closing. The food was prepared exceptionally well. 10 out of 10 for my review, and shout out to Hector!

The chips are absolutely stale. My first time experiencing that at Chipotle. They are worse than stale. I am absolutely disappointed. I will be going to Walmart to get lime chips to go with my food. I probably will not go back to that location. The staff was wonderful, but sometimes the chips is all that a person wants.

I didn’t wanna have to say this, because I really love chipotle have for years but this location it gives chipotle a bad name because I know their food taste good. I’ve went to other locations and had their food and was always satisfied but this location since they first opened, their food is not good at all, the guacamole was bland and not made correctly. The steak was not cut and made correctly. It was a lot of the fat still on the steak I had to keep spitting out my burrito. I honestly think they need to close this location for a while and really train the employees because it’s just something about this location. Their food is not good and I know chipotle food is good. I eat it all the time .

I come here sometimes and never received 5 star service. But today takes the cakeMe and my pregnant wife entered and asked if they were still open and they said yes. My wife proceeded to say hi to a man with long hair and tattoos on his face. He looked at us dead on our eye, said nothing and proceeded to do what he was doing. I felt disrespected and unwanted.This is rude and not fair, despite him having tattoos on his face, we did not judge him and proceeded to treat him with kindness by speaking, all for him to look at us up and down. why couldn’t he have the decent to speak back.On another instance I came here and asked if my drink was in the bag, the cashier stated he didn’t know and said to check. This location makes us feel very uncomfortable and not wanted. When a customer is nice enough to speak the least you can do is speak back.

I come here often and order a bowl online every once in a while but they always, always, always put fajitas on my food. They always do this when I order online and it just makes me so upset because I never order them and they make this mistake repeatedly. Their only problem is not checking to see if the order is correct. Their customer service is nice just they make this mistake 50% of the time which is too often. Hoping they can work on this.

Be very careful used to come here somewhat a lot but today might be the last time as I ordered through the app & never clicked or mentioned anything about sour cream on my order. Not only did they accidentally add sour cream, they drenched the whole bowl in it soo much that by the time I got home the bottom of the bag ripped wide open from how wet it was from the bowl & meat being soggy from how much sour cream they put. Not to mention I hate sour cream so I can see why people don't love Chipotle after todays rough experience & waste of money
