Had craving for ice cream one night, and came into this location. Ice cream was great, but I was very impressed with the service on how quick it and professional it was. I believe there was a gentleman there named Genesis (hopefully this is how you spell his name), he was on point. Very sharp, attentive to customers, and was quick to service my wife and I. By the way he approached and engaged with us, I thought he was the manager of the shop. Awesome customer service. Please extend our thanks to Genesis.

Food is good but the employees leave a lot to be desired. I've tried giving them multiple chances. One night I headed over 45 minutes before closing and they said they're closed. Another I asked for peanut butter cup perfection and within walking from the ice cream to the counter the employee forgot my order and went with some random order with a brownie and fudge.I suggest not coming here unless the quality of employees is improved

Had to try the almond milk, chocolate shake and I was pleasantly surprised. It had a good flavor, very chocolatey. The shocker is that it didn't taste sugary or overly sweet. The bonus is the fact that is non-dairy. Now I'm waiting for them to start making strawberry shakes. It was so refreshing

This review is for employee Ramses. I visited this location on Saturday night (8/19/23) and received great customer service from him. Ramses was friendly, patient while I decided what I wanted to order, and actually prepared an ice cream that looked like Coldstone's promotional posters. Will definitely return to this location simply because of the service provided by Ramses!

This place is usually quite great! I only ever can complain about the long line at times which isn’t the biggest deal.Today however Brayan R and his co worker were not at their best.I came in to someone making waffles who said they would be with me in a second which was ok with me because I acknowledged. The employee walked over after finishing the current cone and then put on another cone. They asked how the could help me and I let them know my order. Then Bryan walked in so they asked him to help me instead. They didn’t say she wants this so I had to repeat what I wanted to him. He made the sloppiest cup of ice cream without the caramel it should have had and didn’t chop up the cookie pieces that well. When I asked how I join the rewards program his reply was, “well you put your number in” and I asked so that means I joined? To which he said yes. This was not the case. The ice cream was all over the cup even after he wiped it off quickly.I just need them to be better about thinking of others…
Bought an ice cream cake and they used the wrong ice cream flavor. We cut the cake and served it and we all agreed that it had a metal taste to it

Cold stone has great flavors! However the customer service is HORRIBLE! They have teenagers/young adults working here & they are always fooling around. This location used to be great years ago but it went down the drain with these young kids working here. I called today earlier & asked what time they closed since it's Easter Sunday & the guy who answered said at: "we close at 10pm see you later I love you." Then when I go of course they serve very little. For the price I pay for the ice cream they should serve a fair amount. The service is very slow & the employees are joking around laughing and talking instead of being more attentive to customers. I should go to a different location but this is the closest to home. Same service each time.

Great service. Friendly staff. Cold stone is always yummy. I go there once a week to get sweet cream ice cream. Best ever. Taste great. Better than most places I've ordered from anywhere else.

Ordered a birthday cake for dad online for delivery. Very easy to customize and pick toppings. Delivery was on time and good communication. Marked down a star, because our order wasn't going through on app. Logged in on web browser, same cc, no problem. Kinda frustrating, but all in all, worked out.

If I could give this place a negative star I would. Not only were we told by the lazy staff that "the bananas were rotten and unsanitary" (what does that even mean?) But when I ordered a shake the employee whined out loud to his coworker that he "has to take time out of his day to make a shake because all of the blenders are dirty!" Then after he half-assed cleaning one he then proceeded to say out loud again,"I should have lied and said we were out of milk" I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. Completly unacceptable David M.!
