My little cousin Naomi (11 yrs old ) has been telling me about this gem! Her words are " this is the best donut and boba place ever "! She was right, I gotta say their service is excellent and the boba is so fresh and delicious! I usually get taro and this has got to be the best taro boba I've tasted and their honeydew literally taste like the fruit!!!! I also love their croissant,ham and cheese and donuts! Please check this place out! You will not be disappointed.

Long time customer of this donut shop, I've probably seen 3 or 4 rebrandings and ownership changed in its lifetime. The quality of the donuts is great-- they are always fluffy and coworker-approved. It's about $14 for a dozen now, so every once in a while it's a treat.

First time going here and the customer service was great! didn't feel rushed or was given any bad attitude because i took my time looking at the menu. The lady was super kind and welcoming plus the donuts were good! I went in the morning but my boba was super fresh and tasty! definitely going again sometime!

Pretty good donut place with great service and prices. Would come for a quick bite. The donuts are pretty good as you'd expect from a donut place. The Thai tea was really good, well balanced. Boba was a little sweet but I am not complaining. Prices are more than reasonable, specially with inflation. The Place is really clean. Nothing to complain about.

This place has pretty delicious coffee and donuts. They have a $5 minimum for card purchases so I was convinced to also get a ham and cheese croissant, but that's just now a yummy snack for later.
