I frequented the LA branch of this restaurant until it unfortunately closed. Goldilocks is well known for its cakes and pastries especially the famous sansrival and egg pie. They also sell various frozen delicious Filipino food like embutido and siopao.We ordered fresh lumpia, pinakbet (sautéed vegetables), and sisig ( chopped marinated fried pork). We also ordered grilled pompano and pork belly. All of the dishes were delicious but the vegetables were too salty for my taste. The Kalamansi juice was citrusy and refreshing. It was a good palate cleanser.Service was fast and friendly. We bought an egg custard pie. It was a steal for $ 11. 29

Goldilocks is a Filipino owned restaurant chain. This restaurant located in Carson California. We've been here numerous times. The food is good but not outstanding. The sisig was good. The bangus steak, is milk fish butterflied fried & topped with tasty gravy and onions. I prefer garlic rice, I was pleasantly surprised. The rice was tasty, I wasn't disappointed. Overall we were happy.

We ordered the cake here days before. On the day of pick up, they can’t give us the specific cake because the other customer ordered also the same. The manager want sell us the different cake. They never apologize so we just left the store without anything.

service is not helpful or polite - i called in after doordash wouldnt allow me to select a substitution for regular steamed rice, rather than the garlic fried, (which is a downgrade) and the customer service rep was more than unaccommodating! i also asked for a sebow - in the filipino tradition - is a tiny sauce container of soup broth that is customary to eat with dinner - and they told me i had to order an entire soup entree! wow! tita celias is way better and much for friendlier with their customers. do not waste your money here, they wont provide all the customary fixings.
