Been trying to get the lto smashed jack burger since they started advertising, but they never have it.Their burgers are disgusting usually, was hoping the new one would be an improvement but I'll never know ?? I'll just order like 50 tacos next time if they still don't have it.

I gave 3 stars, the reason was because of the way they gave me my food, the woman gave it to me without even saying a thank you, apart from that, my food was very poorly cooked as if it had been made for washing up, you can tell that it wasn't They care about their customers and I had to throw it away because I didn't feel like eating it so it was disgusting...very bad service at drive thru...the ice mocha was good and the guy who took the order was very attentive to everything else bad service. I will not return to this Jack.

In a pinch, late at night Jack is always available!!Egg and cheese croissants available 24/7!!Service has always been good when I go, so I frequent the location.

It is no wonder this Jack In The Box has a 1 Star review. If zero star was available, that's what I would give this branch. I went to the drive thru and ordered a 3 pc egg roll and 1 Breakfast Jack. I'm not sure why there was a Chicken Sandwich added and I asked to please remove it. Order Taker says "so you don't want it?" and I said "I didn't order it". My receipt says my order was taken at 11:41 pm. I literally can walk to this place, but chose to drive. It took me less than 3 minutes to get home. My first bite of the egg roll was horrible. It tasted like they have not changed their grease in YEARS!! One bite is all it took. I immediately called with the intent to politely let the staff know to change their grease. Far be it for another customer to have to put that nasty taste in their mouth the. The call was made at 11:45 pm. 4 short minutes from when I was there. Phone rang and rang and no one answered. I called 3 times and still no one answered. So they also closed 15 minutes earlier than their scheduled store hours or these employees chose not to answer? I would say it's the latter, but either or, Management should know. Meanwhile, I am stuck with these nasty egg rolls with no recourse.

Everynight after work I order 3 and most of the time 6 eggrolls. Tonight i ordered 3 eggrolls and 1 cheese cake. I got my order in less than 2 minutes. When I got home and about to eat the eggrolls I found out that 2 of the 3 eggrolls are burnt and it looked like they were fried 2 or more times. This probably happened 3 times already that I got burnt or sometimes soggy eggrolls. So this time I'm pissed and starving and took it back to the store and told the cashier on the speaker phone that I'm returning the burnt eggrolls that I bought earlier. He asked me to go to the window and waited for maybe 3 minutes before getting my replacement eggrolls. The guy didn't say sorry or anything, so I drove off.They should not recycle or cook the eggrolls in advance. You guys will ruin your business. People are not stupid not to see the quality of food you serve when they get home.

Went through the drive thru, and my total was $11.54. I didn't want any ones back, so I handed the cashier $21.60, and I got $9.06. When the cashier came back, I questioned my change. He stated my change was correct, told him to try again, and I should have gotten $10.06. He looked confused and then reluctantly handed me one more dollar bill.All this technology and food works want more money per hour and yet can't provide the right change. ??‍♂️

I got the potato classic wedges. I was enjoying my food when I seen a long hair. Not only that, but the girl and the guy who work there are rude and act like they pay for condiments. This is the last time I ever eat here.

I know it's late. But, the food is warm, not hot, warm. I always get the same thing, a sourdough jack combo, with curly fries. And I always have to put it in the microwave.

Worst service. Went to drive thru, and she forgot to give me my large coffee and gets mad at me for waiting. Where do you find this stupid lady who totally shows she doesn't want to work!!!

Service was fast. It was a late night drive thru run with no problem with the order, fast everything in and out. Customer service was fast and well done from payment to food out the window. Will be going back for the wife for her love of those tacos. Be nice if they brought back the packs of sour cream.
