Well, I final have an opportunity to get back to this original review to Edit it with much irony after receiving a reply from the "owner" back on January 19/20, 2024, depending on when my debit card posted I went to this jack in the box drive through ordered my food with a certain debit card I use for random purchases. well fast forward to February 1, 2024 I went to use my debit card for another simple purchase and it was declined after running a balance check via text I realized there was a zero balance when the last time I used it I had $302.67 now at the drive thru is the last place I used this card and since it was the drive thru I had to hand my card to the employee to swipe it inside and she handed it back to me. I won't be going back to this location. which is sad be use I know a lot of people that frequent this location that work at the nearby refinery.

Went through the drive-thru today, expecting an average interaction at the drive-thru. The person working the window was very pleasant and helpful and gave recommendations on the sauces. Once I got home with the food. We were actually surprised that the sourdough jacks weren’t the usual soggy sandwiches but were actually put together well and had a nice toasted butter flavor to the bread. The tacos also seemed to have fresh lettuce! We were VERY surprised with the quality of this order. This Jack In the Box impressed my family!!

Just placed our order with Veronica who's working drive thru and at the window. Let me just say she is the best very patient, extremely amazing with her multitasking skills especially with it being just her and 1 other person working the back. The line was long but she was fast and through it all remained calm, very thoughtful, and so kind! This world needs more people like her, thank you Veronica! Happy Holidays!
