Great location, high quality food, can get very busy but they obviously do the best they can to keep the line moving and get people out as fast as they can

I visited this store 3x this week, and each time the order was wrong. Either something was added that I didn't want, or something was left off that should've been included. Also, the amount of meat is small compared to other locations. I just don't understand how you can continuously get an order wrong. I will not be returning.

I'm a huge fan of Jersey Mikes and this is my 2nd time trying this location. I usually visit two other locations in Hawthorne & Gardena.... I visited this location around 5:30pm today and order my usually Turkey w/ provolone cheese the mikes way! The taste of the Mikes way seasoning they usually add was off today... I just taste one seasoning that overpowered the other and the sandwich ... it's was soooooo gross I tossed it in the trash... I was so disappointed & to comfortable to return back after taking two bites. Not sure if it was just a bad day & time because I purchased at this location during lunch time months ago with no complaints... Also, no complaints at other locations... I had to post a review I was so upset!

The whole staff was nice and working hard when I went in. The manager working that night Jake said he was short staffed but he was still being courteous and doing the job of two. He was trying to get all the online orders and make an in-store customers orders out working very fast and accurate.

I come here almost daily for lunch and everyone is always friendly, happy, and working hard. Even if Their line is long they do a great job with a big smile on their face. Thought it deserved a shout out!

I've never had a bad sub from here. They always do a good job, they're fast and friendly. The place always seems clean, and they just do a good job overall. If you're in the mood for a sub, definitely give them a try.

DO NOT order online here if you want to save time. Waited 25 minutes after pick up time watching literally everyone in line and the pick up line get their food. My sandwich was forgotten about with no apology.

Disappointed how food is handled. Grill was not cleaned after each cooked order. Lettuce scraps from previous made sandwiches were scrapped together and dumped back in lettuce bin. Cross contamination, you don't place food that dropped on counter / cutting board back with fresh produce. Because you're gloves does not mean you can touch everything. Needless to say I walked out.
Great service, great food well priced. The service was fast and efficient. Staff was kind and accommodating. I will definitely be going back Service was fast and facilities clean.

The veggies were not the best quality, I love a good crunchy lettuce , but customer service was excellent , the dine in area was clean spotless allowing me wife and new born to have a clean hygiene area to sit and wait for a short time while I ordered my food, the sandwich was made to perfection even though lettuce and tomatoes weren't crisp, I'd say Charles being there to accommodate with my family every want and need made this visit all the difference in the world !! He came and changed the Lettuce and gave us fresh veggies the way we like it ! Thank you Charles ! 5 Stars !!

I've been here twice. Each time I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered online. I personally picked it up. Wrong again. Yesterday, I opened the bag in front of the guy and told him in a very nice way what was missing and he didn't even apologize. He put it in the bag and walked away. It's really weird how a lot of service workers do that these days. They don't apologize for mistakes. Meanwhile, I won't be going back. It's not cool that I have to step aside and open all my sandwiches and take them apart just to make sure every sandwich is correct.
