This is the first time I tried a KFC bowl. It was very good, although I am a fan of their mashed potatoes and gravy. I would recommend if your a fan of the ingredients. I ordered on the app. And went to drive through to pick it up. It was hot and fresh. The girl at the drive up window was extremely polite and kind.

I love KFC but this particular location is consistently bad! The potato wedges have been sitting under the lamp for too long so are rubbery, the chicken is extremely oily and not the best, the chicken fingers are are are not fresh and it is obvious by the texture. I don't usually complain but I have never had a positive experience here with regard to the food, so my hope is that management sees this and makes changes. Do better, please.

Always give you the wrong food. They don't know the difference between a thigh and a breast. Then don't have the courtesy to say sorry for making us have to go back to correct the mistake.
I ordered the Spicy Famous bowl and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The food was pretty good but that Spicy Chicken Bowl is no joke. If you can handle the spice, then I would definitely recommend trying this.

The 8pc Bucket of Chicken was not so good! It had four wings and no legs! The only part that was edible was the chicken breast! Coleslaw was delicious as usual!

Had an issue with this location since April 19 2023,called 1-800 number,complain filed,got a case number,never get back to me,or send me the gift voucher that they promised! Called on 5/8 again,promised will send it out,5/23 still didn't get anything,called again the operator just shut me out!!! What kind of customer service is that??????????
