I've had enough! This used to be my go-to spot for chicken, NOT ANYMORE!! We've asked for fresh chicken 3 times, and when we got home, the chicken was soggy and EXTREMELY OILY, which made our chicken look brown and mushy. I even called to tell them about the issue, and the same thing kept happening. Bottom line; I'm not sure if they changed ownership, but the shit is NASTY as hell now. I know fresh chicken when I see it, and the chicken that I've been receiving lately is old chicken that's been sitting under the lamp, and they must of doubled fried it so it could look fresh. They need to shut this place down because the quality has gone down tremendously. They're just taking folks money without giving fresh food.

The older lady that took my order was very nice but there was a young man there working i saw the Fries were hard I asked can they make us some soft fries when we got our food the young man told me that we have to ask when we order our food I let him know that every time I come the fries are soft he began to talk over me 2 times I was trying to let him know that we always come and they always soft they're never hard and he kept talking over me so I just walked away with my food. My food was good
This place is horrible. Horrendous service they accuse people of stealing DoorDash orders. It’s dirty. They are rude to everyone. The food is not great either. They seriously need an attitude adjustment.

This is a place that I frequent more so than I should. But I'm starting to notice the attitude when it comes to orders like a 16-piece chicken only. Either they have run out, or they are choosing not to cook a fresh batch before closing. The latest I may arrive is between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. The man in the back makes all of the decisions when deciding if he wants to allow you to place the order or not. But the attitude is unbearable. It is the black community to be honest that is keeping this place open for business, but no longer will I continue to spend my hard on dollars in a place that consistently give me attitude when trying to place an oder at a respectful time. Especially when they close at 9:30 p.m. I will now start to look elsewhere.
Flavor is good and chicken is hot because I call in and order for fresh chicken & fresh fries and come 10 mins before that time so you can pay and they know . They're usually on point and their fried rice yum I get it with chicken. Once our twice May of had over cooked rice or chicken but nothing perfect
