Always love my experiences at the OG. Fond memories of my host family taking me here as a child when I was an orphan on my birthdays. I would enjoy so many breadsticks and bowls of salad, my (now) Dad (they adopted me!!!) said "wow, I wish my biological son would eat like that!" I guess it's true: when you're there, you really are family! Even you, Charlie. Dad loves you even though he doesn't always show it.

I had not been to Olive Garden in years. The lunch was under $15/person... a good value. I still embrace the bottomless salad as a game changer!Our waitress was wonderful.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is one level and the aisles are wide.

Olive garden has lost its touch over the years but being my first job it'll always have a special place in my heart it definitely gets busy at time which is why I head straight to the bar top for fast open seating service till this day that chicken and gnocchi soup is everything!

Customer service at this location needs help. They are very much all over the place. The food was not good. they didn't bring all our food out. At the same time, both managers were rude, disrespectful, and very much not happy. In my opinion, I feel if you work in customer service.You must learn how to deal with people and be able to help the situation. Both managers never once said.How can I help you? Never once did they even try. They sit me on the end of the table, with people walking behind. There wasn't enough room to put plates down and enjoy our meal. Family of five tables made for 4.

Tonight, everything was good till the end when I ordered a cheesecake to go. Payed the tap and waited on the booth. Waited for more them 10 min and nothing. Decide to go to the front to ask, the manager came over to apologize and went to get it. Waited another 10 min and nothing. I just decided to leave. The place was not full.

I just stopped in ? breadsticks, waited 10 minutes before I ordered and another 15 minutes to get them. I saw a water spill on the floor and pointed out to people that did nothing, after another 5 minutes another sever was bringing a order out and put a sign up. To me this was a safety issue, a customer or employee could have fallen.
