Give small portions! 2 year update and still they give the smallest of portions and they want you to donate to Children's Hospital but Panda Express doesn't match the donations, but do use it for tax write-off!

I have never been denied a glass of water anywhere ? and I still asked to try something and they told me that they couldn't give it to me and that they could put it on the side of my plate, so if I liked it until the next time I come lol ??

Panda Express?? What happened today?? Normally the food is great. Today's quality was a shocker. First, No Fried Rice. Second, Super Small Portions and it all was not up to par with a normal Panda Express meal. Chow Mein looked gray and was super oily. The celery was barely identifiable. I usually only write positive posts, but an experience this bad... it also needs to be shared. Try a different location.

Bad experience my first time to eat Panda Express here in South Bay Mall. I bought to go food worth $15 bucks and the cashier asked me politely if I want to donated to their charities indeed I gave a donations. While waiting for my husband to pick me up ate 3 pcs of crab ragoons I bought to them. I asked the cashier if she can give me a cup for water I’m not during soda.,she saw me having hard time swallowing. She just said they don’t have a cup for water since I saw in the counter a small cup .JUST A WATER. Went out teary eyes.9/25/23 around between 8:15 in the evening. How in human she is.

Are other Panda Express charging $1.00 for water cups ?ownership you have the foot traffic to justify the purchase of a box of 500-1000 cups for under $25Small paper cup and 2-3 ounces of water is not going to break the bank let's treat our patrons with some dignity. Chili sauce is spicy and I am thirsty ouch

Apparently they can't offer water anymore , what kind of respectable food service doesn't offer water with the meal ? Answer this one. Skip it and go to better run ones that aren't trying to nickel and dime you for everything. Manager should be

What else would you expect from Panda Express. There's a reason why this spot has low ratings. That being said, if you find yourself here at 8pm and the sign says they close at 9, be ready to find about 4 dishes left, including the fried rice and chow mein, and some reluctance from the young chefs and even lazier manager to cook something up. Even the orange chicken looked like it had been under the heat lamp for an hour. At least stir up and fake it to make it!!

The place was quiet which is kinda unusual, but the atmosphere was like yeah I'm obviously phoning it in. Food was ok tasting but was dry, so were the egg rolls. Like theyed been there for a while. Also portions here were really subpar. Usually its hard to finish my tray. This time around I wanted seconds. Overall not great or worth the time.
