The Pizza Hut on W. Carson St. In Torrance didn't honor the advertised deal. I asked how can you do that, it's advertised on TV & online??? They said they are a Franchise & they don't HAVE to use the same deals as the Corp. stores. What a RIP!! I will never order here again. Telling all my friends & people I work with NOT to order here to order at another location. Also, a DELIVERYFEE AND a SERVICE FEE??? What are you, a BANK?? All these fees - not worth it when you're paying this much for a pizza.

Usually the food is good but this time my food was over cooked. My pizza had visible burnt crust and the cookie desert was over bake (not chewy and tasted charred). I like my pizza crunchy but kids don't like it. Also I couldn't enjoy the cookie didn't have the same taste since it was baked too long.

Going to let my picture do all the talking :( The pizza was burnt & dry. I think they rushed to cook this because the bottom wasn't burnt, just the top. Was really sad because we were so hungry & had to eat around it. Other than that I thought the dough size was perfect. Not too thick, not too thin. A refund or 2 free large pizzas would be nice.

I ordered a hand tossed pizza. They said it would take you waiting 15 minutes lie almost 30min, and they took my pizza on pressure to delay my order. The pizza was soggy when I was eating it & I feel disrespected for $23 for a large pizza with pepperoni only!

Called for 2 medium pizza 10 dollar each then person said with tax 26 dollar, I asked him 6 dollar tax he said price went up . I had the same deal 23 dollar now 26 dollar may be owner of this pizza hot should watch their employee what are they doing or charge customer more money, not good for the business you will get sue For that. Just to remind the owner of this pizza got .
