"Puritan Bakery Best Buns in Town"--is this meant to be ironic? Because I laughed all the way to work that morning! ?? Best slogan I've seen in a long time!

I normally don’t leave a review for things, but I do have to say that your truck driver is atrocious. Driving recklessly and acting as if he is in a sedan rather than a truck. This was taken today 4/20 at 10 Am in Reseda. Reckless driving should not be tolerated, almost got into an accident because of the driver. I see others complaining as well, yet I don’t see you guys doing anything about your drivers. Hopefully they keep damaging your reputation in order to make a change.

In and out quick.Only downside is having to back in across four lanes of traffic... better not show up during rush hours!!You would think that they would put up like a railroad gate to stop traffic while drivers cut across the oncoming lanes, then back into the lot.

Marquez Marco Antonio caused a three car auto accident on the 405 freeway shortly after 8am on August 22nd and lied to the insurance company to negate fault. Two parents and a taxi were involved. Very slimy individual.

I guess since you guys have large accounts like in n out and Tommy’s that the businesses that helped build your brand over the past 50 years don’t matter anymore. Super unprofessional company now. I let the sales department know, Nelda, I am a franchiser and speaking on behalf of the franchisee locations and the driver they gave me has not been good at delivering our bread order and says he ran out of bread. She ask me for the drivers name and company. I told her I don’t remember his name and would have to ask my franchise location for it. Why was knowing his name going to help the situation. I told her the area and she gave me the names of the 3 companies that work the area but she refused to give me their contact. She could care less and kept insisting I give the drivers name and what company he worked for. The sales manager is rude and had an attitude rushing me off the phone. Then asked for my name and number for another sales rep to call me. All I wanted was the names and number of their distributors to call on my own and now I have to wait on a call back when she knows the information as she at least gave me the names of the distributors. She wasn’t even patient enough to wait for me to get the drivers name and company information rushing me off the phone. He finally got back to me after she hung up with his information. I want to know how you earn business with this type of behavior? Update: Now I call back after the driver finally let me know his name. I give her the information and all she could do is refer me to someone else because it isn’t her area. She knew that on the first call before I gave his name. Then she told me she looked up my company to see if we ever did business. For what? I told her yes we have for the last 30 years and our company has been opened for 50 years. Then tells me yes and saw you closed. I didn’t want to go back and forth I just wanted to get the issue solved. She then tells me we wanted to see if we would deliver directly to you with our trucks. Then began blaming us for the drivers incompetence. I had to tell her we are not ignorant and know how to follow instructions. Trying to trigger me to argue. I asked her now that she has the name what is she going to do. She basically says she can’t do anything and directs me once again to a call back. If she knew she wasn’t going to help why is she asking me for names. I will see what the supervisor that calls back has to say and hopefully solves this issue and I will update my review after I speak with them. Update: I got a call back from Chris Markulis the sales manager for my area. He had an attitude as soon as I answered my phone. I’m sure it’s because they have seen my reviews. He was no help and did the same as Nelda did and asked irrelevant questions instead of solving the issue. It definitely didn’t help that the driver lied to them about his reasoning for inconsistency. I tried explaining to Chris what his real reason was and completely got ignored as he doubled back to what the driver said. I let Chris know that I just want to resolve the issue and get bread delivered. He stated they would be be able to deliver unless it was $500 a week. I told him that it is. He then says the driver said it’s $90. I told him that that is another lie. The driver never even left an invoice from his company. Further unprofessional. Then I explained to him that I have been with Puritan for decades and should at least have the respect for supporting the company over the years. He interupted me laughing as though I was a joke and proceeded to ask me when did we service you and why did it stop. I told him the date of just this week. He said no thaw last time befor this. I told him in 2015. He asked why it stopped. I asked him what 2015 had to do with getting this issue resolved today. He had no answer. He kept asking the question. I told him I am bringing you business and this is how you treat people? At that point I felt discriminated against and the laughing did not help. I told him the reputation of my business and that I have

For truckers - Show up on time only. They don't except early loads.Parking isn't too bad other than a few obstacles. The place is also somewhat hidden by trees out front and there are no signs listed for receiving or shipping. The surrounding streets and roadsides that could be used for parking, rest breaks, or overnight parking have signs posted for one hour parking and tow away zones. However, if you drive deep enough into the industrial parts, they're are some curbs you can park at. The curbside outside the plant is a fire zone (red curbs) and also a handicap parking spot. I wouldn't recommend getting caught parking there, unless you like tickets. As for the staff, I spoke to 3 different people in the office just to get told I had to wait 25-30 minutes to get unloaded. They could have told me the truth. It took me almost 2.5 hours to get pulled back and I arrived 3 hours prior to my appointment! Once getting pulled back, the fella who was unloading me disappeared and I had to have someone else track him down so he could return my paperwork so I could leave. Took almost three hours to unload plus all my other time...
