I appreciate the good food but this place is meant for those who are on a diet. The portions were meant for skinny people trying to watch their weight. In comparison to many Vietnamese restos I've been to in OC, LA and surrounding area, the portion is a little lesser for my fat a*** But i want to show some love and appreciation to this family owned possibly run by two older Vietnamese ladies who take thier time and make delicious Vietnamese dishes. There's not enough of them in this part of South bay and we need more them. Phó is my own endulgence. In carson, I only know of three, and i will continue to use blue basil, also family owned, but the portion is a lot more.

04/29/21 So today was the second day in the row that I picked up an order of Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls from here. So yummy and tasty because the pork is BBQ versus grilled. I live in the neighborhood and I didn't know the original owner reopened the restaurant like a month or two ago. Spring rolls were for lunch and waiting for my pho for dinner. Come out and support our local small businesses!

So I stopped in for lunch takeout, 2 ladies that were working were very kind and helpful! I tried the chicken dumpling Pho and it was fantastic, I also ordered pork spring rolls and they were also terrific! Very fast to get me the order and it was packed to go very well. I will definitely be back. This place is awesome!

Hidden gem in Carson! Nestled in the shopping plaza, this place has some of the best pho I can find in So Cal, cheap too! They have vegetarian options, I recommend the spring rolls! Add a dash of the Siracha sauce to spice up the meal. Real nice place to catch a quick bite for lunch if you are in Carson. Only thing I would suggest is check the hours before dropping by as they aren't open for very long everyday. Will visit again !

So Pho So Good? I don't agree with the title. The pho is okay, I wouldn't call it good (compared to Pho in Little Saigon). No Thai basil is a little disappointing though. The spring rolls were pretty good though. The grilled pork in it has good flavor. Pricing is okay
PRO: I tried raw steak pho and a spring roll. Contradictory to the exterior and interior of the RESTAURANT food were pretty good. It was served fast too. To some people taste is everything but for me it is one of the biggest factors but not all because restaurant is where you are serviced. So, I give three stars despite the taste I enjoyed. First of all interior has zero factor that looks like I am at a pho place. There is a big screen TV and their name printed on one side of the wall. Done. No more. Each table had no napkin stacks. You have to ask for more except the one you get when the table is set. There is no separate side dish for the sauce. You need to reuse the vegetable plate that is provided once you put them in the pho. I guess it can be considered very green but the amount of vegetables provided was way too small compared to other pho places I've been to. I guess this can also be considered green factor since no food are wasted. It seems like it is a okay place to grab a quick bite if you happens to be around but definitely not a place to visit repeatedly. I hope it is helpful info.

Great Pho and friendly staff. You really don't need anything else. The quantity of Pho you get is stellar and the taste is great! I will definitely head back again and try the Pho with every meat option.
