Whoever worked today, Wednesday, December 27, at 1255 p.m., you did me so dirty ? I ordered an iced chai matcha tea latte with Soy milk and and had it delivered with my Target pick up order.. it was regular milk. I sharted myself and left a trail of stank inside Bath and Body Work and didn't even get to score any of their semi annual sale today, I had to come home in that nastiness to shower ?

Indira has amazing customer service. She had a line but she manage to keep her composure and never lost her cool, nor did it make her treat me her customer she was tending to @ the moment like she was in any kind of pressure to rush me off. @ the same time she kindly let everyone know she will get to them as soon as possible. Workers like this make you want to come back for this type of service. TY Indira for being so pleasant to me.

I asked for her name because of course she didn't have her name tag and the way she answered DENISE with the worse additude!!!

Only reason it's one star is because every time I come to this Starbucks they never have any drinks. Literally come different days and times and it's always the same. For some reason I always get my hopes up.

Horrible service from not accepting pay thru Starbucks app and no calling my name leaving my coffee sitting there while clearly seeing me there standing patiently then started laughing as I walk away

I've been to this Starbucks before but I'm writing this review based on my most recent experience. Aura is amazing!!! By far the best Starbucks experience (inside a Target) that I've ever had. She was very nice and helpful. : ) This location had so many cold cups/ tumblers. I gave up trying to hunt for them. Lol. I wasn't even looking for any, but I thought I would just check since I was already there. Surprisingly, there were a bunch, to my delight. I actually purchased two, the "Lemon Gradient Cold Cup" and the "Dragonfruit Bling Cup." Both to gift, not for myself. I also tried the new Pineapple Passionfruit refresher. Whenever Starbucks comes out with a new refresher, I always seem to gravitate towards it, but ultimately, the Strawberry Acai is still my numero uno. Again, Aura was excellent! 10/10.
Cashier was great but Aaron the barista had a really bad attitude. He was rambling, talking bad about peoples orders and that they wanted it a specific way. When it came time to get my order I was missing ice cups and he told another barista to get them for me with a laugh. I guess he didn’t want to work today. I hardly get Starbucks but today I stoped by to get a drink because it’s 90 degrees out. His tone and energy was a bad experience.

Literally just went there to order a hot drink because it's raining and the two employees tell me their machine is broken and only have cold drinks. My coworker had just came back from picking up hot drinks. They always tell me their machine is broken every time I go there. Very upset. Pregnant and had to drive in the rain to the other Starbucks near by.
