Messed up order after qaiting long. They also ok messed up another customers order just exactly like our. They talk too much to each other. Big lobby for such a small work station. This could probably why they took too long they had to take turns making the orders bumping to each other poor girls.

Purchased a tall Americano with X shot of espressso. Repeated to the barsista wanted an extra shot 3xs. I get my drink and it's as more clear thank dirty water. Not happy with the protein platter either. Egg tasted old and jucky.

All I wanted to do was buy a coffee for $3.25. I paid in cash. The girl reached over the counter and swiped away the Target rewards. Then after she rang me up I wanted to enter the Starbucks rewards she said she already completed the transaction and cannot go back. I guess black people do not deserve rewards. It was fitting that as I was leaving the security guypulled over a black women in a hover round rudly demanding to see her receipt

this is suppose to be 3 shots of expresso with sugar free vanilla and splash off heavy cream.. it tasted like ice coffee, really bad service and take for ever to get ur order.

What a horrible barista! Someone talk to this girl and remove her barista badge. She was so rude. To my surprise she was wearing a manager apron. Bad example to follow, bad lead..

Wow. They should let you drive by order and maybe they'll have your drink ready by the time you finish shopping. Thought I'd get a quick cup, over twenty minutes later I'm still in line. That's right I'm reviewing and typing right in line. What else am I going to do? I'd leave but I've already committed myself. Yikes

Worst Starbucks ever. They served everyone else who was behind us in line. We ended up wasting extra time having to go back to the cashier and having to ask to make my drink with the receipt. Unprofessional and unorganized.
