I order 5 drinks with my sister under her name Valeria and like usual we wait for a bit and then the drinks are done. Only 4 drinks were ready so we were like "oh they are probably making the other one." 10 minutes go by and then she goes home to take the 4 drinks cuz one was hot and we didnt want it to get cold and i stayed waiting for my drink. 5 minutes go by and i ask them if my drink was ready they said they didnt make it yet and they said theyll make it and im like ok. 20 minutes go by i ask if its ready and then they said yes and im like where is it and its not there. At this point im frustrated cuz ive been waiting for a long time. So they go make it again and when its done im presented with a hot mocha when i asked for an iced mocha. They take it back and they finally gave me my drink. I ordered my drink grande sized but i guess they felt bad for the wait and gave me a venti. I really do love this starbucks because I live really close to it but i hate it when they dont have the drinks ready all together or when they forget one item. Ambiance was nice as always.

This starbucks has gone from one of my favorite stores to the worst starbucks I have ever been to. All of my favorite workers have quit (I don't blame them) and the only people that are left are imbeciles. This store needs to be put under new management because clearly management is scaring away all the good employees. Store manager is rude, I asked her a simple question about my drink and she began to roll her eyes and wouldn't give me the time of day but gave hispanic customers all her attention.....Interesting.

Last day for the BOGO fall drinks after 12pm. I placed a mobile order at around 5:05pm on a Thursday. It was pretty busy inside. Around 7 parties waiting for their drinks. Kept growing with people ordering inside and others coming inside for their mobile orders. It took me about 12 minutes to get my drinks.-Pumpkin spice frap. Delicious-Apple crisp oatmilk macchiato. It was a no for me. No issues or problems here.
3rd visit here and it's my last. I don't order anything special but I do have one request. 4 pumps of honey the first time it was like I said no honey., second time I said 6 pumps, the honey is what makes this drink (honey citrus mint tea). And the same thing. This time I said put more honey then tea, like put a lot of honey and it's the same thing. I can't stand when same problem occurs over and over.

This Starbucks is small and at a corner of the shopping mall but every time I come here, there is constantly a waiting line. Awesome coffee and it's close to my home so I often buy drinks here
