I've been visited several times and always met very rude staffs there. I did not even expect nice smile or such. Especially, the short hispanic female staff was some kind of racially twisted. The store manager or regional manager should correct this issue. Those kind of staffs can ruin the subway's "fresh &friendly" image big time!

I had a good experience at the Subway restaurant near home.This Subway opens 24 hours, and if Imissed my dinner, I could go there even late at night.I liked their sandwich because youcould build your own sandwich.They baked their own breads dailyWhen I went to the Subway, there was no customer in the restaurant.The restaurant was cleaned, and they kept the restaurant well organized.They baked their bread daily, and they offered different choices of meats and cheese. Then, they hadvegetables bar which you could choose your own choice of different vegetables. They had tomato, onion, lettuce, spinach, bell pepper, pickedbell pepper, jalapeño and olive.Also, you could choose different choices of dressings & and condiments.I ordered the roasted chicken sandwich on multi grain breadno dressing and oatmeal & raisencookies.They had fast service and excellentcustomer service.After I came home, I tried the roastedchicken sandwich and oatmeal cookie. The chicken was fresh chicken, and vegetables were freshand crispy. The bread was fresh andsoft. The sandwich was a delicious and tasty meal. I loved the Subwaysandwich ! It was a nutritious and healthy choice of sandwich.I recommend Subway restaurant to everyone because if you want to have a healthy and nutritious meal,Subway restaurant is the best choicefor you..

That's my third time this has happened to me and every time I come I feel like when he see me coming or see people coming. He just want to go on break instead of getting out of the way Check your coworker like it's raining sitting in a parking lot for 30 min by myself

Night service is absolutely HORRENDOUS and the average wait time is a ridiculous 45 minutes because there's only one person and they're fulfilling online ordersIf you order online there's a good chance you'll get to the store and your order hasn't been made eitherThis location MUST have two people working nights (one doing online orders only and the other helping walk ins) or they will lose customersWith an average price of $15 for a single person it's not worth waiting 45 minutes when you can just make a great sandwich at home for less than $10

Today was the first day I ever had a bad experience at subway. Steve(total douche btw) half assed made my two sandwiches with the same gloves he used to grab containers from the back. When I expresses how bothered I was by telling him three times "ew you're killing me" he continued on as if I said nothing. The spinach was cross contaminated with onions and romaine lettuce and when I addressed the aforementioned toppings he dusted them off like it wasn't gross. He then proceeded to wrap them up without putting a sticker on it to close the paper and balled up two napkins to stuff hastily into my bag. He absolutely destroyed my love for subway. My body reacts impulsively to things I find utterly disgusting so I threw up the minutes I got home. I'm currently writing this in my bathroom and honestly I'm more sad than mad. It says 1 star but we both can gather I mean zero stars and Steve quit your job dude it's not for you apparently.
I ordered an online pickup via the subway app when I arrived Efrian the employee told me he will not be able to give me my food or a refund, and told me I can't help you and you need to figure it out. The worse customer experience ever. When I told him I need a refund or my food he started raising his voice and cursing and being very aggressive. Do not come here they should be closed.

So me and my friends stopped by at 1:22am since its the only 24 hours store in the area and when we all got out and went to the door we saw that a paper in the window said "going to lunch" so we decide to wait till 1:30am in case the workers break ended at that time. Nope, instead the worker walked to the door and locked it at 1:30am instead. So he basically placed the sign in the window to deter people from coming in.
