So basically what happened was I came in for a DoorDash order for Brian work shift @1:15 amFriday April 12And I would like to add I was verbally harassed by a African American women with red braided hair with a buck tooth and she really made me feel like I was not welcome to the business made my experience picking up this order Undesirable and I would like this employee to be terminated because the fashion for this African American women was not assisting me was disrespectful and as a employee that has worked for Taco Bell in the past I have provided far better customer service that this personAfrican American women with very sarcastic attitude braids in the hair hygiene is 40% I am not going to deliver for this Taco Bell due to Bad Attitude from this African American women

Used drive through on a weekend around 6:00 P.M. and the app for ordering. Staff was kind and gave us ample sauces and napkins for our food. We were in and out in five minutes and the food was warm! Had no complaints. If you want to park there are a few parking spots next to the Taco Bell.Parking: Free parking in the parking lot next to the Taco Bell.
15 minutes wait just to pick up an order , you guys should have. A person on the counter to take orders and another person for the drive thru unacceptable to wait more than 10 minutes for the Uber driver and orders on the app should have priority as well the food got to get to customers hot , this Taco Bell needs at least 2 more people , not coming back wasted over 15 minutes on prepaid order

The food is never like seen on TV commercials. I order a nachos bellgrande with extra meat ? portion and extra Pico. Got home ? and the order is wrong ! No meat, no Pico only beans and alot of cheese sauce. I called and spoke Erica, whom offered to remake the order, but she was one whom made it ? People have support a higher minimum wage because employer's have suppressed it for a lot of years, the staff should be bring there a game each and everyday, it means caring about your job & the company.

Horrible, awful disgusting.. Why do we continue to eat at places that sell cancer food?, Food is not as advertise, They make the Burrito look fat and delicious. But when I got the Burrito it looked like someone stepped on it, it was flat and disgusting... Also, taste more disgusting than it looked.. These companies don't care about us. It tells us prop 65 cancer, causing food... I will never eat at taco bell again or any fast food like this. I lost my wife to cancer who knows if it wasn't because of restaurants like this.. When will we wake up people?.???????????????

The food was good. I purchased 2 double deckers that they brought back and they were delicious! I went to this location at a busy time and the kids from the high school were all inside vaping and running a muck. It was so loud in there you couldn't even hear yourself think. The bathrooms were surprisingly pretty clean maybe because you needed a code to get inside. The worker handed me my online order without hesitation and she was nice. I'd come back here, but not go inside especially around that time. Overall great food and customer service was brief, but good as well! I didn't give 5 stars because of the chaos inside. I would feel bad for anyone or a family dining inside.
Staff is unprofessional. They weren't paying attention to when I was saying my order. They were yawning while taking my order. They They forgot some items, so I had to go back & then I get attitude from them for their screw up. They need better

Okay i love Taco Bell and used to work there so I know how it works in there. I decided to try this location due to it being the closet to my job but omg. Clean house and restaff or have someone retrain. I order from drive-thru and asked for a cheesy bean and rice burrito and add red strips with the burrito grilled. They tell me I don't think we can grill that burrito and has to ask. Then I get to the window and get my order and leave. As I get to work i realize it's a complete wrong order and the food was cold! I go back to the drive-thru and tell them my order is wrong. And she says we don't usually take wrong orders from here but okay come to the window. When I get to the window they say we wondered what had happened to this order. Shows me the bad and says It's still warm. LOL. at this point I said it's fine and take it just realize it's still wrong! Just horrible. Do better.

Taco Bell has an amazing opportunity for success in the fast food market. All they need to do is provide decent food. Sadly, they can't or won't. Not sure which it is but I set my bar pretty low and I stupidly keep coming back as they limbo under it every time. What's the point in being able to customize your order if the person making it ignores the customization? My burrito last night was terrible and it was all I ordered. The restaurant was not busy so no excuse there. Fast food workers want a raise? Give me a break. Start doing your jobs and then we can talk more money.
