What I Ordered: Chili Cheeseburger Fries Chicken Sandwich Chili Cheese Fries Horchata Food: The Chili Cheese Fries was one of the best I have ever had. The fries themselves were crispy, and the chili and cheese on top added a depth of savory and cheesy flavors to the dish. This may be the best dish on the menu! The Horchata was AMAZING! Each sip was full of sweet and creamy flavor profiles with hints of cinnamon and vanilla in just the right amounts. It looks like they use Jimako products, which it was my first time hearing about them. I would honestly come back even for just the Horchata and to try the other drinks. The Chicken Sandwich was surprisingly amazing as well. With the name of the restaurant being Tom's #1 Chiliburgers, I didn't expect too much from the other dishes. The sandwich had a fluffy bun with lettuce, tomato, and a huge piece of juicy chicken that was both filling and delicious. The Chili Cheeseburger was packed with different flavors from all of the ingredients. It really is a solid Chili Cheeseburger that is worth trying. Service: The staff were friendly and helpful! There is a drive thru as well for your quick service needs. Ambiance: All indoor seating with plenty of seats! The vibes are casual Southern California restaurant~ I appreciated how clean the place was as well.

This place has not been what it used to be ... stay away the food is bland and the service is ok except for the Mexican girl with the big lips and tattoos , she doesn't have patience and no customer service she was rushing me and she didn't understand a simple order adjustment and she was acting like she's doing me a favor by taking my order. There are way better food places near by to spend your money at. This place will never get another Dollar from me.

I really enjoy going to Tom's #1 World Famous Chili Burgers. when I go I will get 1 chili cheese fries and thick patty melt with grilled onions is fire ⚡️I also try the Jimako extreme coffees that you can get latte, iced but also frappe . my favourite flavour coconut mocha frappe and I like mango smoothie ❤️❤️? ?

I’ve been coming here for a long time and the tatted girl in the drive through always has a bad attitude. Today we waited 20+minutes and when we got to our order it was all wrong. I get mistakes happen but no apologies no nothing, she’s simply said “ugh, you can just add another burger.” With a rude attitude. After 10 more minutes she comes to the window and says for us to park in the parking lot because our “order isn’t ready yet”. Waited another 5 minutes and decided to go in and get a refund. Her attitude completely was uncalled for and definitely needs to be checked. Someone who has no customer skills should not be working at an establishment that serves the public. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I ordered by phone at 11:50am and only ordered 2 Large, 1 small Chili cheese fries and said my order will be ready in 10 minutes... I got there at 12:20pm and pay with my Debit card cashier didn't say anything after charging me... So I still wait like 5 minutes more with it was 12:30pm and my order wasn't call out yet... Till I had to tell them was the hole point making a phone order if y'all ain't got my order ready... After that I still wait 4 more minutes till they gave me my order with the bag dirty of chilli sauce all over...Parking: Dirty parking lot to much food trash all over ...
