Party of 3. We ordered a ribs with shrimp plate, a soup and a tri tip sandwich. The meat in the tri tip was chewy and tough. The meat on the ribs was bland and dry. The only flavor was in the barbecue sauce. This place is over priced for the quality of the food they serve. Would not recommend!!

Absolutely terrible. Me and group of friends went here after a long day to sit down and get something to eat, but we honestly should've just went to the Chili's across the street. Once everyone ordered their food and tried it, it was just left there, untouched because nobody liked it. I got the Cajun Shrimp and Lobster Pasta and it tasted like artificial macaroni and cheese sauce on top of regular pasta noodles. It had no flavor (even though it was supposed to be cajun) and tasted extremely watered down and lazily made. After getting our food our waitress was nowhere to be found, so we couldn't make a proper complaint and when she did come and we spoke to the manager, the tried to put us at fault because "we waited too long to say something." Terrible Customer Service . Terrible Food . Never Going Back.

Everything was perfect. The Manager, Mithun, runs a tight ship and makes sure every detail is to the customer's liking. We had our company Christmas Party at Tony Roma's and it could not have been any better.

Wow... sad to see have the mighty has fallen from grace. This once well loved establishment was once the best BBQ in the industry from the service to the bbq sauces and meat but now it's not even worth considering. The ambiance at this location is as plain as white walls and thin apartment carpeting. I was proud to bring my family here and ordered up a storm but then the food came out and boy oh boy what a sad sight. The food was over cooked on the outside and under cooked on the inside. No flavor on any of my sides and I wanted a refund but they seem to need the money because this place is going down. I pray they get replaced by something great but I'll settle for something good. It was so bad I bet Denny's or Norm's have better BBQ. No thank you I'll hold my memories of what once was.
