I’d give no stars for the service if I could. Drive thru worker needs to work on her attitude. Today, 2/15/24, pulled up to order and 1) doesn’t greet 2) starts off with “what do you want.” Pull up to grab my food and say thank you and no response. Worst customer service ever. If you’re unhappy with your job then leave. Definitely not coming back

I always drive through and the food is always hot and fresh and the service is great. The Asiago Spicy Chicken Sandwich is my go to. Sooooo good.
Ordered a combo meal through drive thru. I noticed it was more than it should have been. I paid and checked my receipt and it showed a different combo meal. I told the drive thru lady not sure if her name is Laura that's what it says on the receipt with #3109 that I didn't order that, she gets rude telling me "Yes you did" I said no I didn't. And she kept going on 3 more times in a row telling me that I did order that. I said well I don't want this can I get what I'm asking for and she did give it to me with a rude attitude. The manager of this Wendy's needs to reevaluate this employees customer service position.
