Yum. Since it's a chain, I'll speak on location--the service was great, and the employees were welcoming and fun to talk to, generally nice people all around.The place was also clean, and the machines actually worked, too.
The ice cream is limited to flavors and they either run out of sample cups or dont carry them at all. the cashier on the day i went, seemed really out of it. im giving this a weak 3 1/4 stars. the only good this is they had mint colors spoons. yes i am collecting their spoons.

My 1 star is for the cashier FOR BEING DISTRACTED. - went in 12/29 at about 2:30pm - walked in with my husband there were 3 kids (2 boys 1 girl) stealing froyo and putting the cups in their old navy bags. All this while the cashier was in the back corner sitting down on her phone. ( very pretty emo looking girl) she then walks up and tries to charge them and the kids clearly had no money they said “we can’t take it” they only had lose change, it was about $5 worth. She then tells them they can have the froyo and these youngsters still go back and fill their cups with gummy bears and other toppings $ she doesn’t say anything. These kids walked out right after me and my husband taking out their full froyo cups. I’m 100% sure they’ll be back since they got away with it.

The staff was very nice in helping me find the location. I was on the other side of the mall. Thank you for that. The frozen yogurt was good, as always. Thank you to the helpful staff for my frozen yogurt fix since the one in Gardena closed for Halloween.

I went on a outing with my husband here he know I don't eat ice cream because it hurts my stomach but yogurt was so good you can fix your own they have over 10 toppings you can add to it the cups are nice sides like really go here when you're not doing nothing and check it out it's awesome

Writing this review for my hubby he just had a bad experience with the worker that works there he didn't catch her name but she's always in the afternoon. Every time he goes there, theres never any toppings. Now variety like other Yogurtland. This time he said "every time i come here there's no toppings why is that" and she responded "that's not your business". There was another lady there when it happen and said oh wow if they treat customers like that I'm not buying and both left. Get it together.
