Just really nice tasty chicken! Extremely consistent. The sides are fantastic too, bread, coleslaw, mashed potatoes; but the chicken is just absolutely delicious. I'm so glad we have this restaurant in Santa Clarita!
Food was prepared fresh and the chicken tenders were delicious, along with the melt in your mouth biscuits. Next time I'll try their seafood! Service was fast. We just waited 10 minutes for a family meal. Ambiance is very simple. Some tables to eat inside and a restroom to use. Restroom was clean. Their Jambalaya was spicy and delicious! A must have.

This is not your chain fast food fried chicken! It does cost a little more than KFC or Poppey's, but it is not over-priced. We are regular customers (try not to eat too often if you know what I mean), but our daughter visiting from Irvine just had her Cajun Chicken for lunch today, and she said it's the best fried chicken she has ever had! They don't make the chicken until after you order; we often order over the phone and pick it up 20-30 mins later, so it is hot and fresh. The side dishes are also great, and the biscuits are to-die-for! I think it's a family business; the services are always friendly and attentive.

The best fried chicken you could ever found! Triple juicy and flavorful compared to Popeyes or KFC. And I love the beautiful and crispy fried chicken skin! I ordered catering from them twice, the price is manageable. And surprisingly, they remembered me and this time they even offered new spoon and tong along with food without me even asking! How thoughtful and considerate they are! Except for chicken, their chicken sandwiches are filling and delish too! Also green beans are a flavorful side for chicken too! I literally could have them for my lunch everyday if I live nearby. And I highly recommend if you go hiking or go boating to the castatic lake, please drop by to this restaurant! You won't regret it!

False advertisement nothing is cajun about pop corn shrimp cajun rice aka dirty rice is NOT GRAVY AND RICE. Jambalaya is supposed to have meat in it chicken sausage etc i was wondering why the guy was so nervous when i told him we were from New Orleans. Now i see why do your research if you are going to try to use our culture for your advertising stop putting cajun on everything if you don't know what you are doing and invest into some catfish tilapia fish isn’t it 50 dollars down the drain. Never again
