I'm a regular at this particular El Pollo and I always go through the drive through. All the drive through employees are so friendly and efficient which makes going there a pleasant experience. I'm not good with names (I tend to forget?) there is a very nice lady with short hair that is always there sometimes she helps the drive through and I like that she remembers me. She is very polite and nice, so if you want a great experience stop by this El Pollo? I just remembered her name Alicia. Very nice lady.

The property was very clean. Since the moment I walked in the staff greeted me. They made me feel as if they truly cared for me. Seeing as I asked for my chicken to be extra juicy and she did not disappoint. All the way until the moment I left and they had said thank you for coming in and have a great day. I went to eat with my boss Michael and I have to say the establishment was very clean. The Manager Alicia was really respectful and kind made sure that my meal was good and satisfying. I really would recommend if you are around to go ahead and stop by you won’t regret it.Parking: There is always parking there.

their new limited time fit bowls are my go-to! I wish they were available all year long. you can tell they use fresh veggies everyday. I'm always attended quickly and the staff greets me when I walk in. Definitely a Castaic favorite!

This weekend I ordered a a pollo bowl. , It was more like a rice bowl, a few beans and literally 2 small chunks of chicken My husband order a tinga burrito, also mostly rice and very little chicken They're apparently under new ownership or management and I guess they're trying to save some money This location has always been lacking; drive through always gets something wrong or leaves something out There's very little to choose from for dining out in Castaic so of course we keep going back
