This is the second time I’ve been here in two weeks. Last time I ordered two orders of tacos and they only gave me one. I never got my refund for it. I came today and ordered onion rings when I got here. Onion rings were not available so again, I had to go through the app and request a refund. The service here is ridiculous on a regular day. Go for it Jack-in-the-Box it is what it is nothing great but this is ridiculous that multiple times I have to be hungry at work.
My congratulations to a young lady, I don't know if I heard her name but she's something like Dayana... her service is excellent, what a talent to treat people... they should have more people like that... kind.
