Good food and coffee but the tall skinny guy on today’s shift (Mika) 12APR2024 just gave out some drinks to his buddy that was in line and said “it’s all good, I got you. It’s free again bro. Come back when it’s less crowded like last time and I’ll hook you and your boys up”he then told another barista friend to just make the drinks ahead of everyone else. Not only was it free but the guy skipped a woman that was in front of him.I can’t believe it. Seriously, wow. Right in front of all the other customers.

It's like every US Starbucks great coffee and terrible food. I really like this place I always stop here on my trip up and down highway 5. One of my favorite Starbucks stores. It's a great break from the long drive on highway 5 to and from San Francisco and LA.
Very Nasty manager, untrained crew doesn't know how to make a proper order.I don't understand how they have managers with NO people skills and workers who get the orders wrong regardless of me stating my order TWICE.Try Peets for good coffee and excellent customer service!

The times I been here, customer service has been great. I would go to the drive-thru and the employee would say their name and then ask my name and what I want to drink. I ordered an Iced Chestnut Praline Latte. Service was quick and the employee giving out the drinks always had a smile.
I am not a fan of there drinks or food. Best thing there is the wifi.

I visited this Starbucks a few minutes ago. We decided that we were going in to eat a treat and drink coffee. After finishing my treat, the guy “large and in charge” came out from the back and started telling the people walking in to go through the drive through… WTH, then this guy says to my husband and I to “wrap it up” !?!!! Needless to say this guy was so rude to all the customers!!! The poor workers that he’s in charge of!! Never again!!!

Great location. The spot is right off the freeway and it’s easy to access. Stopped in here in the morning and it wasn’t very packed at all. The staff was very nice. The restaurant for very clean. And I really like the size of this location.
