Shortest review ever .. I absolutely love this place and location and every time I go down to Castaic, my youngest, and I have to stop to get the LB roll. 3 of them actually.. 1 roll each and another to share.. Yeah like that... anyhoo The L.B. Roll offers a fusion of flavors with its combination of crab meat, cucumber, and avocado, baked to perfection and topped with succulent lobster and masago. The textures and tastes blend seamlessly, creating a savory experience, call me biased but this is the best role they have and the only role that I get. The attentive friendly, funny and bubbly wait staff adds to the overall enjoyment, making it a must-try for sushi enthusiasts. The sushi chefs make for a fun time. I can't praise them enough because I only eat sushi once a month and I make it a point to drive from Bakersfield to Castaic for their sushi. Thanks for listening. See you there.

Welcome Back to SCV Bruce! He is truly an artist with fish. You can get sushi anywhere, but Bruce's ability to create an off menu culinary delicacy will surprise your taste buds. Highly recommended letting Bruce tantalize your raw fish experience at least once. I'm sure you'll be hooked and can't wait to return.

We usually come here every week. The quality of the sashimi and even the rice has suddenly changed. The maguro is now light pink and not red... the texture is mushy. The rice is super sticky and the rolls fall apart. I hope it's a temporary change because we liked coming here.

My wife and I came to eat sushi and it was her first time and she really enjoyed eating sushi. We ordered the dragon the caterpillar and the avocado eel really friendly good service there's takeout or dine in.

Went here because we'd learned they had a buffet. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told, "no, no more buffet." :( That's the only reason for the 4 stars. We decided to stay and have lunch there anyway and were very pleased. We were greeted warmly, provided water and a bowl of edamame which was a nice touch! We were so hungry that we dove in before taking photos! Ordered a dynamite roll, salmon roll and a chicken teriyaki bowl. Everything was super fresh, and the service was great! The chicken bowl was super tasty and the portion was generous. A little on the pricey side, but everything , everywhere is going up. They have a lot of specialty rolls which are HUGE! We didin't order any of those but the guests at the table next to us did and our eyes popped seeing the art that was created in the kitchen! Will definitely go back and try those during our next visit!
