I eat Tacobell 2-3 times a week, it is my favorite fast food, I ordered my order online and put drive trhu,There was no one in line and the lady at the window told me to go receive my food (which was just a taco) at the main door, with a bad face and cursing.Then they didn't give me the sauces, I had to get out of my car and go in to ask for them, there was absolutely no one and it seemed like they were very busy, when I ask for the sauces a lady throws them at me at the counter and leaves without even saying anything. I don't know what's going on or what problems they have but it's the worst taco bell I've ever had.

Stopped to get a couple tacos and use the restroom. Bathroom line is long with folks stopping to just take advantage of their restroom. Better off waiting until the next Taco Bell.

Only one working bathroom. The other one has had a out of order sign for 6 months or more. must be for employees only because it doesn't take that long to get it fixed. Line was out the door just for the bathroom. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I am so super upset!! I just got home from going through drive thru. I spent $71.00 on dinner for my family only to get home and my daughter's order is missing. I was told to pull over and someone would come out and hand me my order. The employee came out to give me my food and another employee went after him and said the quesadilla was for another customer. I assumed they had given me an extra one. Nope!! My daughter's quesadilla was given to someone else. My daughter also ordered 4 crunchy tacos because they don't come with tomato or sour cream and I ordered 10 more supreme style which means they do have tomato and sour cream. Nope again!! All of them were supreme so my daughter didn't get to eat the tacos either. The tacos we did get are cold and soggy!! Horrible! I tried calling to let them know. I've called 8 times and the phone just keeps ringing. This is so inconvenient and so frustrating to go home and find out the order was messed up completely. I'm calling corporate to complain and I definitely want my money back!!! NOT OKAY!!

I do not like that they changed their cheese the cheese they use now it's like del tacos it does not melt the burritos are very very thin. ????
Never had any problems at this Taco Bell until today. Service was around 10-15m a customer, and even after being served by the cashier my drink (mobile order), I waited over 30m for a single cravings box.However, customer service was empathetic, showed genuine concern, and made it right.Cheers!Parking: Free medium-sized lot exclusively for the location.

I really hate to be that person, but considering that when I went in, it was empty, and I still waited so long for food. The worst part is I found a hair in my food?? It's fucking disgusting Like dawg,, tie ur hair up at least; also, don't be rude to elderly customers who haven't done shit to youno wonder people don't come here
