BEST cashew chicken I've ever had! Humble environment but good service and, did I mention, BEST cashew chicken! Veggies cooked just right and a light, delicious sauce.

I just wish they would bring back the buffet.

Wok's Cookin is Southern California's best kept secret. I've lived in NY and many other states. It's hard to find food as good as NY. Wok's sits in a sleepy truck town just north of Santa Clarita California. You wouldn't expect such amazing food from this small area. But it is just that, Amazing! The food is incredibly fresh and tasty. It is truly in a class of its own. It's fine Chinese dining but in a modest and fairly priced neighborhood mom and pop shop. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing and as mentioned above the cook is a genius. Only recommendation to Wok's is to please redo the bathrooms to be more customer friendly.

Family owned restaurant in the same location for over 30 years! My family of four went for Good Friday. Since we could not eat meat, we had lots of options to choose from. For appetizers we ordered the vegetable egg rolls and butterfly shrimp. For the main course we ordered the vegetables chow mein, shrimp kung pao, and vegetables fried rice. Everything was so fresh and delicious. We rarely eat inside because we mostly order to go but today was a great day to dine in. Some of the servers have been working there just as long as the restaurant has been open. As soon as the table next to us left, they cleaned the tables and sanitized the bench seats. Our waitress knows we speak Spanish and practiced what she knows. Great service, friendly staff, and good food. It’s hard to keep a restaurant open for that long so I’m glad to see they are still around.

You know how you order the food based on the picture; then when it comes to your table it looks nothing like the picture? Our order actually looked like the picture! We ordered the sizzling platter, egg foo young, tea and a coke. While waiting I couldn't help but notice the pretty light fixtures, oriental wall decors, and fancy wood chairs. The sizzling platter had chicken, beef, shrimp, and veggies on a bed of crunchy noodles with a side of rice. I liked it! It was light tasting, well cooked vegetables, good amount of meats, it was missing the sizzling iron plate. The egg foo young looked like it was cooked in high temperature oil, it was ok. Food was served on ceramic plates, we had silverware, even a ceramic tea pot, but the coke was in a plastic cup. I just thought that was funny. The area did have a lot of big rigs around, since it is off interstate 5. Restrooms were clean, no paper towels though, just those super strong blowers.

Traditional chinese restaurant, food is great. Won ton soup is really good, as well as the other dishes. I like the pork chop too, it is definitely different, and very tasty.

Ordered beef fried rice with extra vegetables and some Paper Chicken. Everything was good, but the Paper Chicken was not as expected. Usually it means small pieces of chicken fried in a wonton wrapper, this was medium pieces cooked in foil. Tasted good though.
