Grateful for this new location in the 580 marketplace. everyone who lives up the hill no longer have to go that far for boba. I love the customization on dairy options, sweetness, and ice amount. The waffles are pretty good but other locations have expanded their menus to add savory snacks. I wonder when this franchise will add some because I can't wait to try. I ordered two teas on a whim for delivery. I’m so glad that I did! I got the strawberry green tea. I can’t remember the last time I bought iced tea this fresh and flavorful - I could taste the tea. The options for sweetness and ice level when I ordered made it easy to customize. I’ll order again or go in next time!

I love this place. It's right next to several other small food spots . There's plenty of parking. Happy lemon itself. Well the drinks are amazing. The young ladies who work there are very friendly. My only small complaint is the few times I've been there. Some of the counters could have been wiped down better. Other than that though. You should check it out
