We went there for the first time today. My family loved the food and service. My husband spilled his water on the table and they told us to not worried about it. We moved to another table and they offered another drink with no problem. Excellent customer service. Definitely Recommend!

They sold me some wings that was expired and would not replace them after telling me that they would on my next visit because I told him he was wrong he hung up in my face after giving me the time I came in and agreed with me. Not good

I will never eat at China 8 again. We were a party of 4 & ordered a number of different dishes. The first dish that came to our table were the egg rolls. They were under cooked on the inside and mushy. The second item to come was the bbq pork appetizers. Upon immediately tasting the pork, I spit it out into my napkin. The meat tasted really old. I should have left at that point, but I didn't want to be the one who cried wolf. So, I endured the rest of the meal. I had the mongolian beef which I ate and was a little leary about. Upon leaving the restaurant, I couldn't wait to get home. My stomach was gurgling & I had rushed to the bathroom for relief. I was up ALL NITE with a upset stomach & in the bathroom with diarrhea while also trying not to puke at the same time. I was taking Pepto bismol the entire time and drinking ginger ale. I was sick for a full day & a half. To reiterate my first response...I WILL NEVER GO TO CHINA 8 AGAIN. Note: The others in my party didn't experience the extreme I had gone through, but some did experience a mild sickness. I have a VERY sensitive stomach & I can instantly tell when food is not right. Next time I will listen to my gut feelings.

It's understandable that you will have been busy on Christmas Day. Perhaps, if you're not going to allow any walk in-carry out orders due to being so busy, then maybe don't allow customers to wait in line for 15 minutes and then let them know. This has been my go-to Chinese restaurant because of fresh ingredients and high quality dishes, but I was profoundly disappointed this evening! Merry Christmas China 8...it won't happen ever again.
