Whoever the manager on duty was on Friday night, 2/9/24 should NEVER be allowed to manage, let alone work with customers. She was THEE WORST person we have dealt with in ages. She was rude, condescending, dismissive, and seemed absolutely miserable. She made ordering a pizza (simple task) complicated and frustrating. It was almost comical how unprofessional she is. Needless to say we canceled our order and spent a nice chunk of money from another pizza place.

Hernesto delivered the pizza, it was pipping hot, and he was very courteous and fast. Tatiana made the pizza, it was awesome and right on point, and the chicken wings were awesome as well. This is my favorite pizza place. Thanks for a wonderful dinnerLeslie &

A young lady took my order. When she said they didn't have curbside, I was going to cancel (I'm a disabled Senior in pain), but she said she would bring it out. When she didn't, I called, and she said she didn't see me,forcing me to painfully walk in. Maybe she won't ever get old and disabled ...

Maria is the best pizza maker !!!!Brian is the safest but fastest driver!!!Maria and Brian is what makes dominos amazing!! Give them a raise and a round of applause ? ?!!!!
Always messing up your order and absolutely abysmal customer service which all stems from a rude arrogant “manager” who laughs in your face when you ask them to correct a mistake they admit making.

Worst dominos I’ve ever been too will never come back, horrible management
Always ordered from this location as I try to support local businesses, but never again will I eat from this location! I have had my share of them messing up my order, not delivered dipping sauce, and waiting way longer than I should and rarely complain as I realize most establishments are short staffed. Today was absolutely uncalled for though, I ordered off the app and went to pickup via curbside delivery. The lady came out to hand me my order which included wings. I asked for ranch which I can show from all my previous orders that I have never been charged for it, but today it would cost me $1.09. Well I did not take my wallet considering I had already paid online. I explained that to the employee which did not care to listen and walked away stating I will call my manager. Whom I was told was the manager turned out to be a driver which came out practically screaming "we do not give away free ranch" before even getting to my car side. You could already see his whole demeaner was very standoffish. I was beyond belief already only to realize he still had more to say! I could not get a sentence in without him finally throwing my receipt in my car, walking away, and uttering a racial slur under his breath that even my daughter in the passenger side heard. I think he seems to of forgotten that most of the community he services is of Hispanic Heritage. Needless to say, this particular location is not one that I look to ever order from and I have notified corporate as I do not believe an individual like this needs to be representing our community or such a franchise. I am currently waiting corporate response. Just to note, its not the $1.09 for the ranch I am questioning, it is the basic principle of customer service this location seems to lack.

Certainly not gourmet, but on a lazy Friday night, it can work. Unfortunately, last night as we tried to order two "build your own Pizza, with two toppings each and some brownies the bill, with delivery charge was between $55 and $86 (when we added extra cheese and sauce)Going out there are a number of very good pizza places the we could have gone to and paid less! If you offer an ordinary product, then you can't have gourmet prices! Delivery was timely and polite!

Ordered at this place today and picked up my order after work. It was just a pepperoni stuffed cheesey bread with 2 marinara sauces as my kids will only eat it this way. Picked up my order and brought it home assuming my sauces were In my box.They were not. We called the store to resolve this as we've in 92264 which has no delivery coverage. I'm too far from the store. I offered to bring this untouched order me kids won't eat back to them for a fresh order and the two sauces as promised. The manager I spoke to at 6:40 pm on 10/10/23 told me that should would not remake my order and that they don't do that. She said I could pick up the sauces I paid for and they fair to give me but they would not remake my cold order as driving there would make the untouched order colder.I feel she judged me because I used points to order this item as we use dominoes a lot to feed our family because we are paycheck to paycheck.I called a corporate bot as they use AI. We will see what happens.
