Ordered delivery, a bowl and a shrimp taco meal. The food was delivered, as usual, in a tightly tied bag. The shrimp tacos (2/3 the price of my order) was not there. Called the store and they blamed DoorDash, their delivery contractor, and refused to take responsibility. Would not deliver a replacement and would not refund. DoorDash driver claims he delivered what they gave him. So I, their paying customer, had no dinner and was out $11 (plus delivery). So beware if you order delivery from this store. I’ll be trashing my EPL app and won’t be buying there again. (BTW, they’ll probably tell me to fill out a complaint at the national “contact-us” website, but I’ve already done that and had no response.)

Not accepting ebt when I'm willing to give my pass code got to be the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Everywhere does that no problem, you can't "have my information " if you never have access to my phone and even if you did I can call and get the card held. I was hungry and couldn't go inside, can't use it through the drive through?!

I always use the drive-thru, the food is fresh and hot, nice staff. Usually pretty fast if I avoid peak traffic. I love the guacamole and chips, tempting to add every time. I almost always order breasts, tortillas and pico de gallo. Having this healthy option when busy is everything on some days.

Only come here if you want it burnt black. They leave the chicken sitting on the grill burning for hours. If you order door dash or Uber eats. You'll get the worst they can serve you. And they reheat old chicken using a microwave to because I've had some chicken be so hot it's got that microwave nuclear temp. Staff are hit or miss. Some are just kids working. The manager is awful tho, just ur average desert hot springs fentanyl girl. Stay away, drive to Monterey ave. It's worth it

I ordered a Double chicken bowl. It was terrible, the pinto beans were cold, barely any cabbage. It honestly looked like and tasted like leftovers from the fridge. You all should be ashamed to put this out there.
