This location is so poorly managed. They’re always out of chicken they close at 10 PM. You get there at 9 PM and they’re already out of chicken. It’s in the name guys manage correct correctly and accordingly.

I just called at 8:08 pm to confirm there would be breasts in 10 min when I drove there, (it’s an ongoing issue), was told they “just ran out of breasts for the night.” With 50 min left? I’m going to Billy Reed’s instead. The food would probably be a 5 if I got some.

Sorry! I usually enjoy El Pollo Loco. Last night I had a terrible experience there. I ordered the half chicken breast dinner at 6:15pm. When I arrived to pick it up at 6:45, thet were out of chicken breasts , could not add more legs because they were running out if them. Could only provide wings, which I don't eat. The churlish were stale, They forgot to include any tortillas. Not a happy NYE! I may never return here.
