Authentic ingredients, great delicious options. This was a recommendation from a close friend. I tried it and lived it. Staff is very friendly and attentative. I felt welcomed and appreciated. Great drinks and a huge selection of mixed drinks. Family oriented. I recommend the Aguachilles.

Had the caldo siete ( seven seas ) mares. It was delicious, not spicy or over done. Had fresh shrimp, clams and a good portion of crab. It was proper for the winter environment.Met the owner and the waitress was superb. No noice, just food and service.

So my wife and son ordered take out from this location today. When we got home, my wife noticed her order was not right. She had ordered shrimp with octopus tostadas, but when we opened the order she only had shrimp in her order. My wife was upset to say the least. My wife called the business to let them know of their mistake. I was sitting next to her and could hear the conversation. A female who claimed to be the owner spoke with my wife. She was very dismissive about the order being wrong and did not apologize or try to make it better. In the end she told my wife "Ni modo," which even I took that as being offensive. For those of you that do not speak Spanish this is a way of saying, "Oh well nothing can be done or changed, so might as well accept it and deal with it." Talk about not caring about your business or your keeping customers. My son had ordered tacos and they were not good at all. If you noticed at the beginning of my review I said my wife and son ordered food from here. I have eaten here several times before and have never liked their food and that's why I did not bother ordering from here today. I tasted the food today and nothing has changed. What did change was the rude owner who has no clue how to treat customers. Needless to say we will bot be returning. I enjoyed my adobada and cabeza tacos from El Tarazco restaurant and few doors down from La Palapa and they were delicious.

Interesting find! I usually come here for the pupusas next door but the seafood is amazing. Great flavor and really attentive waitress. I have no idea how they get fresh seafood in the middle of the desert but it's delicious here.
