My family and I haven't been coming here since the 90s. Whenever we are in the low desert and want Mexican food this is our go to. Salsa is good, so are the margaritas. They have excellent pork tamales as well. Our relatives that come out from North Carolina always ask to come here too when they're visiting. Service is excellent. Not exactly a quiet atmosphere if you're there when they're busy, but not too bad.

First time attendee...won't be last time...loved it! Food was delish...had a chicken enchilada w/verde sauce...best I ever had. Service was top notch...everyone works together to serve. Ambiance was perfect...colorful, spacious and fun. Bathroom was cleaner then my own:)

Born and raised in Southern California, I live now on the East Coast. And we struggle to find authentic Mexican food on the East Coast. There is very good Cuban there, and the people try very hard to make Mexican food. The point I want to make, though, is that unlike Restaurants that I have been able to find on the East Coast, the refried beans are the exact correct taste. They use the correct white Mexican cheese on the refried beans. The salsa is the best I've had in years, and it's nicely refrigerated. The enchilada sauce is special. It's as good as other restaurants but it has a little something extra that really makes it stand out. And the tacos are authentic as all get out (for an American taco of course!) but it's spectacular. I just can't recommend this place enough. This place feels like it's run by a family, everybody gets along and is possible related to each other. But they treat you like family when you're here they're very nice to you, very sweet, the wait time is not long. There's just no way to find fault with this place. This place is NOT a dive!

A hole in the wall restaurant! Great service and most delicious Mexican cuisine! But please make a reservation so you don't have to wait.

The food was excellent! The service was outstanding. The ambience was very charming. I'm definitely going to go back there for dinner.

Cannot recommend enough. I do love a hole in the wall with great food and service and this one delivers. Pretty much everything I've had is as good as it gets.

Food was low quality. The amount of oil and grease was excessive. Extremely heavy. Food wise I would say it was barely above fast food. On the flip side the staff was fantastic. Super nice. Very attentive. 5 stars for them. We may have had an off night. The place was packed so people seem to like to. But all our food was really bad and with so many other Mexican places around this one is off our list.

Lots of lead to restaurant is located in Cathedral city in the revivals parking lot. The inside is fun and festive, the staff are friendly and attentive. And the food is always tasty. The food is creative, many seafood dishes and one of my favs, stuffed shrimp chile relleno, mole dishes, chile verde dishes and fajita options.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap ramp from the parking lot up to the sidewalk for the restaurant.

I don't know what happened to this place , it used to be good. I had dinner with my family here, and the first thing that we noticed was that it smelled horrible like Seward water , then the Water tastes horrible. After that, they brought out our food but forgot one, and then the waitress said they had to remake it because they messed up? So then ta different waiter took over and brings out her meal, and they still messed up the order . At this point, everyone was almost done eating except my daughter. It was so annoying, then they bring out tue bill and we notice they didn't charge us for two non alcohol drinks, so we thought oh maybe this is there way of saying sorry for the horrible experience? Nope, the male waiter comes out and say : oh sorry she forgot to add the drinks. This is the new bill. I just was like, wow, and the whole time, the over was watching this unfold and didn't do shit. So yeah, I'm no longer coming here and not sending any of the clients here. How embarrassing for them.
