Food and atmosphere is great. Been coming to Taco Tuesday for the last 6-8 weeks. Last week, charged extra for chips and salsa for the first time due to "Taco Tuesday". This week, ordered off menu, plus a few tacos on Taco Tuesday, charged extra for chips and salsa, plus, a "Split Check" fee of 2.00. Not only were we charged the split check fee, but the other party was charged 2.00 as well so a total of 4.00. Very sad and disappointing. Foods great, but excessive charges is too much. We won't be returning due to this.

The food was good, but the service was awful. A young Lady was in the back behind the counter, and when she brought out chips and salsa, I asked for one separate from the other 2 friends, and she never brought it. *More importantly, I was GROSSED OUT because I saw her licking her fingers while eating, and then she handed me napkins without washing her hands first. Then I saw her handling the tortillas when cooking, and she had still not washed her hands. Also, there were no paper towels in the bathroom. When the food was finally brought out by a guy, he only brought the 3 of us 2 forks and only 2 napkins (wrapped together), and didn't even bring anymore chips and salsa, or sauce for my tacos (until I asked him a 2nd time).

Family owned restaurant came here with my friend and her daughter the food was incredible we had calamari, steak and chicken fajita salad and chicken shredded taco salad. We devoured everything so good. Very attentive waitress! Highly recommend!!

They were slammed after the Indian Wells tennis match and the service was really lackluster. I asked for things and had to ask again. The bartender dropped our bowl of chips on the floor but never brought a new bowl of chips. Water was not replenished. I think I'll pass on Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant next time and try something else.

So confused by this place. Looks nothing like the website. Thought we'd be able to get a flight of margaritas since it's on their website. Guy (only one there at first) taking our orders said they have beer and wine... when we asked about margaritas he said they only make agave wine based ones because they aren't a tequila shop?! Then I see other reviews that have normal tequila-based margaritas. Very disappointed. Food was very bland as well. They didn't have ice cream for the churros but still charged us full price. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

Definitely fooled by the pictures food was very mid, service was not great we had to search for our cutlery around other tables while our waiter was outside on her phone and another employee was sitting @ a booth on her phone also all the waiters looked like minors and behind the bar & makes sense for the customer service their children.

Yelp says they close at 10. Their door says they close at 10. Their website says they close at 10. We arrived at 9:36 and they had already closed their kitchen and would not serve us. No apology. Didn't seem to care. Just, "the kitchen is already closed." We drove 15 minutes out of our way and that choice meant we missed the chance to try something else. Really disappointing.

Food was mediocre. The worst service. No respect for our time. Only two servers (one was the manager) working during the semi busy lunchtime. It took 30 mins for our food to come to the table and we subsequently waited a long time for anyone to come around and when they did I would have to make the same request..again

Sat down to eat, took our drink order, waters and margaritas and one Pepsi. Drinks came pretty quick, but never received our waters. Pepsi was flat. Margaritas were weak, hardly any tequila. Our food took a long time to get to us. Surprisingly hot but took forever! Right before our food came, our waitress asked us to change tables, so she could seat a larger group???? Made no sense but we accommodated her. Just as we left our new basket of chips arrived. Don't go!!

1st Red Flag Soon as I walked in nothing but old white people nothing against white people but I bet they've never had an authentic Mexican dish in their life. This place sucks. If you want watered down versions of Mexican dishes with no flavors or seasoning at all, come on down, there's not even salt and pepper on the table,that's how bland this damn place is.The michilada was decent and the Calamari appetizer was good, but it was all downhill after that.I got the Huevos Aztecas (huevos rancheros). The tortillas were not even fried. The dish was just a soggy mess of flavorless gunk! My wife ordered the fajitas trio only thing good was the shrimp the chicken, no seasoning same thing with the steak,watered flavored beans and no flavor rice,to top it all off I ordered a pineapple "Agua Fresca" and it tasted like straight out the box powdered shit. I think only white people go to this restaurant and that's how it has good reviews because a true Mexican will run out the damn door. This is a shame to our culture and our food will never be returning to this place.
