Terrible service...they charged me for something I didn't have and when I called first they said that the medium pizza didn't have extra cheese and then they said that the person I was calling had personally prepared the pizza, what a ridiculous response...I just called to have them leave the credit to my card..

This pizzeria is incredibly slow, 2 hours waiting for a pizza, the manager, oh, the manager, an uneducated, arrogant and rude person, I would never return to this place, two hours for an incredible pizza.

The manager Antonio became angry and confrontational when I was why was I charged over double when ordering in person v ordering the same thing online. 30 seconds after the order was placed he wouldn’t cancel it and allow an online order. Pretty sure he is scamming the system over charging and pocketing the difference.

Do not order from this place. It took a hour and a half to get the order and then it was wrong so I tried calling but they never answered so I went in and the stupid fat manager refused to refund the money and used the excuse that they don't have to serve us. It's her right to refuse service to us was her excuse but corporate didn't think she did the right thing and is going to get back to me. I hope they fire her and she's a "Karen " unfortunately they is no zero stars and we used to go there often

I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in a long time because of the cost; however I found a coupon that showed $11.99 for a large one topping pizza. The stores don't take the phone orders any more which I am sure the store appreciates. So this long distance person takes my order and by the time it's all said and done, the total with tip was almost $18! I was hungry and remember the unique taste of the Hut back in the '60's when my mom and I would drive from Oklahoma City to Wichita to pick up my dad who flew military freight into the airforce base there. We would always treat ourself to the local Pizza Hut in Wichita where they were founded (see attached decal from the 1960's Wichita store). It was so good!! So fast fwd a bunch of years to the current order in 2023. I was SO looking forward to that same taste when I picked the order up. The employee was very nice. I didn't have to wait and off I went without being asked for extra cheese or red pepper. Something has definitely changed at the Hut. The Pizza was OK but the sauce flavor and crust is not what it used to be. Even with the coupon which didnt help much, I will just as soon go to Little Caesars. Their thin and thick crusts are good and priced less.
