As a regular, I really do appreciate the great customer service at the cathedral city location. As well as great tasting tea. Erik and Jasmine were the best today, will definitely be coming back.

Tried the Hokkaido black milk tea 50% sweet, less ice. Sadly, lacked tea flavor and the Hokkaido flavor was not as good as Sharetea. Boba was too bland and soft. Wouldn't hurry back personally, but let me know if i missed a gem on the menu!

Idk if it’s because it’s a friday afternoon, I’m a young guy, or the guy and girl are having a bad day. Staff isn’t bad , but not friendly. Drinks are a hit or miss usually. Sometimes, this place is a waste of money when they make the drinks bad.

Guy was not listening to what was ordered. Ordered 2 large and 2 reg , got 1 large and 3 reg. Then instead of being respectful he insisted he was right. Also when first came in I had my 2 large cups from last time and found out you don't reuse. I may be back I recycle with cups we only have 1 environment should be taken into consideration. Refreshing and delicious milk teas (Thai and taro). Friendly staff and service was quick. Relaxing and casual ambiance with many card and games to play. Highly recommended!

Love having the convenience of this tea/boba shop across the street from work (speaking as an Asian living in the desert where there's hardly any compared to a bazillion spots in Orange County LOL). I've tried several different drinks here and everything is pretty solid! Definitely the nicer location.

Went in for some boba that I've been wanting and long story short, got home tried my drink that I was waiting for and exited for but it had NO BOBA!!
